Man Made Earthquakes

So we get a few conspiracies here on HAARP and etc creating earthquakes, nothing I have seen has completely convinced me on that one, however I did just stumble across this clip:

I wonder if this is in TPTB's deck of nasty plans?

Any opinions? Information on the topic?

I have wondered the same myself.

I am more worried about earthquakes caused by 'fracking' in the quest for cheaper natural gas. There have been EQ's in Oklahoma and Texas thought to have been caused by this, and the gas companies are drilling too close to the New Madrid Fault, IMO.

Seriously, thanks for the link.

I think its quite plausible, and possible for men to engineer earthquakes, so I'm not quite sure why "they" would try and do it by altering the ionosphere, when there are so many spare nukes.
