I does not look other-worldly to me. What I saw in 2004 was definitely other worldly.

That's a typical artifact for computer media, it doesn't mean the photo was altered.

My first thought was a balloon. The object looks very close, judging by the houses, so it's probably pretty small. I'd really like to hear the when/where/who as well though.

Unfortunately, you can't always use that as a guide.

That can be part of the normal image acquisition & digitisation process wherein an area of "more information" is written into an area of "less information".

My sister took it.

I was not present.

It was small in size and was seen by 6 people at differing times.

I do not know what it is. I have never believed in UFO till this came along and since then I have had some interest.

I just stored it within my weird file. I have posted a few other peoples UFO on here to gauge opinions and how people look at UFO's and now today decided to put this one up.

I know my sis aint lying to what she saw. She said even though it was lowish you could not see it clearly. "It was shadowed" was her description. Whatever that means.

At least that object wasnt cut and pasted in there...that's good. Im going to revert back to my old saying: "Maybe this one's REAL".

But seriously. Any ideas what it is? I doubt its a bird...but maybe a frisbee? Hubcap? Oh man, I hate being that "it's anything but aliens guy".

Can your sister or any of the other witnesses provide any more details such as movement, sound, etc...?

Have you looked for any other reports from around that area, at around that time?

clearly photoshopped.

look at the distorsions around the object.

Cut and pasted and blended.

If it was a real photo it wouldn't have that nonsensical lines around that are from a clear cut and paste.
