They don't make penguins like they used to. Thirty-six million years ago, at least one species stood nearly as tall as a man and sported shades of red and gray, scientists announced Thursday.

Very interesting indeed. Its really amazing, the diversity of species on this planet. One can only imagine other species that are NOT carbon based.

Yep, that is a big penguin but what is perhaps more interesting is the preservation of this fossil and the information that can be gleaned from it.
