He said it was like nothing he had ever seen before. It had blue and red twinkly lights, and looked nothing like a plane or someone shining a flashlight at the sky. The sighting left him feeling very disturbed, he said.

Sounds interesting but without a pic or vid its just another story

I see you are from Montreal.
If you dig around you will find a few other sightings as well that were covered by mainstream media and seen by many.

agreed just another story..... covered by the media and from a what I'll take as a reliable witness ( A Doctor at a major Montreal hospital)

maybe someone will have a pic and it's just not out there yet

Still, it definitely piques my interest whenever I see any mainstream media outlet reporting a UFO... more so, however, when its my hometown news bringing it up. It's hard for me not to think that the conditioning of the public on the topic of UFOs as a prelude to official disclosure has reached my backyard.

I really think that most sightings which are "just lights" are not particularly interesting. This could easily be a balloon or group of balloons with attached LEDs. The fact the "object" changed shape implies to me that it could be just a bunch of balloons tied together.

Does anyone remember the recent video of "lights in sky" that had numerous witnesses totally awestruck. It turned out to be a kite with LED lights.

I suspect this is a prank.

Its when they land and your a Walton type is when the fun begins.
Otherwise it a bundle of lights.
