Seems they have some new gadgets that local law enforcement is interested in.
Holy Minority Report!
Please read this and let it sink in for a moment. As I have read if you ever send out a e-mail about a law that was passed and bitched about it...You can make the cut.

This isn't coming, it's already here and is being used right now.

This is fairly old technology that the NSA has been using to "spot" individuals they might deem troublesome.
It is very important that people know the government has these tools and many others that we haven't even dreamed of. Our National security budget is enormous and is being spent on systems such as this to further tighten the control grid on the nation and it's people.

The machinery is already in place, whenever the PTB choose they can shut down the entire country and will move to take certain targets out - which could be you or me - we have no way of knowing.

Freedom is on it's deathbed and we may soon move past a tipping point where it will become impossible to change anything in government. Our votes don't matter and soon the 2nd amendment may not either.

Those who place blind faith in our government better wake up soon before it's too late to make any difference.
Star and flag, This is extremely important information that everyone should be aware of.

Minority Report Indeed!!

It seems that they want to make having an angry or obsessive personality illegal by the implication that "Well he's a bit odd so he might do something wrong"

It's pretty much the same attitude that the British Police used in justifying the arrest and imprisonment of Barry George for the murder of someone it was later found he didn't commit.
