Can New Cyber Security Bill Allow Obama Shut Down Companies?

Pat Dollard has been on top of following the new Cyber Security Bill in Congress. While it sounds good in the name of National Security is it really a good idea to allow Government this much power.

There is a reason to not trust too much power in the hands of government. That was the whole point of the revolution and the creation of the Constitution. Already we have seen just how “broadly” the commerce clause has been taken on the basis of several court cases. It has been twisted to give full license to do just about anything.

So if the Obama administration can take advantage of an emergency could it enforce and compel it’s will even should the Democrats get a full thumping in the election this November?
