It seems as though there is now more than ever an attempt to show that beings from locations other than earth have been preventing our continued use of nuclear weapons on our planet. I saw it on CNN Which shows me that FINALLY the threat we pose to our own planet is being taken seriously by mainstream media.

It is my sincere hope that we change our ways before it is too late and we are deemed an unsuccessful expiriment and wiped from the planet, much like the dinasaurs.

I don't know that I've ever seen such a dramatic increase of UFO related media. It can't be denied that there has been an intense ramp up - if only in these last few days. With the appointment of a UN Ambassador to ET, "The Event" on NBC and now this press conference - which was carried by all the major media players. It seems our attention is definately being drawn to the subject in a blatant and obvious way. To what ends? It will be interesting to see.

Was about to create thread about it, mentioning this source - UFO's Neutered Nukes, Officers Claim - taken from Gizmodo, but seems its here already

Its always curious to see militar-related people "get out of the dark" and tell that they saw UFO's. Because, then you cant say its some crazy person with no credibility, i mean, its Air Force.
But the most it does is reinforce the idea that they are out there, and they are close.

computers in 1960's were simplistic and easy to modify their performance by either shorting or impeding the vacuum tubes via mini-emf's which can simply be rigged up by shorting a car battery so it explodes (white fireballs). The cigar shape of the UFO sounds like something that Isreal was capable of doing against the US and Soviets at the time, simply an aerofoil blimp with an X-15 type rocket attachment (red flames) ought to do the trick.

Really? Did we do that? Why would anyone fly a blimp-like craft over foreign soil? Over a NUCLEAR plant of any kind? You don't think that's an act of war? Blimps. Riight.. whatever you need to tell yourself to maintain your skepticism.

And a blimp swiftly flew off at warp speeds of probably 50 mph, and we never caught up with it. Those sneaky Israelis!

And the failures were coundowns and power outs to main and 2 x redundant sources, not some vaulty "valve" in missile buried under the meters of concrete.

Israeli Rocket Powered Blimp......bahahaha.

What if the Air Force was testing its own base security?

The blimp was dropped by a high altitude U2 spyplane that US gave Isreal, and then the aeroblimp was fitted with an X-15 type rocket engine for speeding off at mach 3 after it delivered it's charged mini-explosion that shorted out the vacuum tubes to the computer that runs the missile site....okay, lol, it is a little far fetched, but not as far fetched as aliens though.

We know that Isreal was experimenting with UAV's long before the US was using them. Wake up to the fact that this "alien coverup" is all just a cover to keep the peace with them by diverting attention away from the idea that they might have actually done this. By being our allies they could easily spy on us to know where and what and how to do this sort of thing.

Heres a picture of the locations of ICBM launch sites around Minot Air Force Base. If you didn't notice the distance from the Air Force Base to the nearest ICBM launch areas it would be about 10 miles from the base its to the nearest one. In the 60's the thought behind these launch sites was to make them blend into the area to hide them. The launch control facility would be under ground with a hidden entrance. The launch facilities where the ICBM missles would be were under ground and hidden. Both would have no watch towers or gaurd stations around them to help hide them. So if a base gaurd did see a UFO around a launch site he would be seeing something atleast 10 miles away if not more. He would then have to travel high way 83 to highway 2 or high way 52 and travel atleast 50 miles to get to where the launch site would be to get vlose to the UFO. To me something smells about stories of seeing UFOs over lauch sites as they were gaurding Minot Air Force Base. They would only see a light in the sky miles away.

You can check it to www.bing.com... or maps.google.com... just search for Minot Air Force Base and look to the left for Highways 2 and 52 for the area where the launch sites are or were?

More iformation on the base here.

This is one of the more interesting aspects of the UFO phenomena. From Rendlesham to the not so famous whiteman AFB incident 1984. Here is a thread on the Whiteman MO incident for reference.

That is a lot of plausible detail in his story, hard to make something like that up, why hasn't the mainstream picked up his story?
