you need to find the citizenship law that was in effect when Obama was born as that would be the law any court that would hear a case against Obama's citizenship would have to use. the law you posted and quoted was passed this year.

In 1968 the U.S. did not allow dual citizenships.
to attend school in Indonesia at the time Obama had to be a citizen of Indonesia. Obama became an Indonesia citizen the second his stepfather adopted him or claimed him as his child under Indonesia law so Obama could attend school.

Obama's mother might not have known at the time that under Indonesia law that her son was a Citizen of Indonesia because of the actions her husband at the time took but ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

Also because her and Obama's step father was married either before they went to indonesia or after they went to Indonesia. Obama's mother also became a citizen of Indonesia because of her marriage under Indonesia law.

So once again ignorance of the law is not an excuse. the only question there really is, is did she knowingly committed fraud or not?

BH, are you questioning the authenticity of this document? Because so far, you have done nothing to prove that this document is a fake. Not a single thing. NADA.

Now the conclusions reached as a result of presenting this document, are opinion. You have yours, and I have mine. So stop claiming this is a hoax, because you have said nothing, or shown nothing that determines the document to be a fake.

except for the fact that in Indonesia at the time YOU HAD TO BE AN INDONESIA CITIZEN TO ATTEND SCHOOL IN INDONESIA!!!

and since Obama did attend school in Indonesia (his enrollment form has been posted on ATS numerous times) we know he held Indonesia citizenship. Also explain how he could travel to Pakistan on an Indonesia passport while in college IF he wasn't a citizen of Indonesia.

I'll wait for your explanations.

oh great. well thats great talking points for a republican win.. is it me, or does this keep going back and forth.? 4 years from now, a dem will come forwards with damning evidence against a republican, which will cause the government to grind to a halt, so they can figure it out. meanwhile, we the citizens get the short end of the stick,. nothing gets done for us. politics have become an elitist cat fight, that just goes around in circles. Why did those UFO's disarm the nukes when they could have detonated them?


we should really stop argueing over things that won't matter. we should just stop working and walk on washington and demand transparency, and demand our freedom back.. I AM DONE>

Don’t you think your statement is a little warped? Did you ever think that if the Dem’s did not break the law in the first place then they would have nothing to worry about? It is like stealing someones care and getting pissed at the cops for arresting you. duh!
