The truth is out there, and yesterday a group of retired Air Force officers gathered the media and a handful of well-wishers at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., in an attempt to reveal what they say is a government cover-up of decades of alien contact. The officers claimed, through their own individual accounts, that during the Cold War UFOs visited various USAF installations, but that’s just the precursor to a more remarkable assertion: the aliens were tampering with our nukes.

Gathered by well-known UFO researcher Rober Hastings, the officers all individually gave similar accounts – that sometime between 1963 and 1980 each was present at nuclear missile sites when unexplained flashing lights appeared in the sky at the same time the missiles went form alert status to non-responsive.

In one account, retired targeting officer Robert Jamison said all 10 missiles in his charge – known as a “flight” – went off alert status just as rumors of unidentified lights in the sky overhead swept through the base. Jamison didn’t see the UFO himself, but several others on the base witnessed the incident. The cause of his missiles going offline is unknown.

Of course, as Danger Room points out it would be tempting to blame an entire flight of nuclear warheads malfunctioning on unexplained phenomena rather than a far more explicable kind of occurrence known as human (or perhaps computer) error. But the fact that all of the officers – whose accounts took place at different times and installations – told similar stories with similar outcomes was a compelling enough narrative for the journalists on hand for the event.

Hastings and the officers don’t think their aliens are hostile in nature, but rather that they aimed to show humankind the error of its ways and how close it was to destroying itself during that period in history. And Hastings, for his part, thinks these kinds of incidents could be ongoing but the public just doesn’t know about them. Present along with the Air Force officers were a bevy of declassified documents depicting odd aerial phenomena recorded by the U.S. government over the years.

But what Hastings and the officers really want, they said, is the truth, like the details of Project Blue Book, an Air Force investigation running from 1947 to 1969 in which some 12,618 sighting were recored, 701 of which remain “unidentified.” According to Hastings and company, the government knows what’s going on and has been keeping it under wraps for decades.

"The American people have a right to know the facts," Hastings told reporters. "This is a national security issues but it is (also) a need-to-know issue, a right-to-know issue. Citizens in every country on Earth should be let in on this secret."
Paging Fox Mulder.

The military is putting out propaganda. When Bush was in office he had a study done on the nukes. The study came back showing a lot of "Dull Swords". "Dull Sword" is code name for a failure that would prevent launch of a nuke. "Dull Sword" can be anything used for launching nukes. Trucks to haul them, Trailers for hauling them, Computers for testing or firing them, so on and so on. After Bush up graded the internet for the military with special projects such as "Aurora". Maybe you remember "Project Aurora" the black budget program for the Air Force that was worth billions. No it was not a plane or a space craft. It was a Stream Processing Engine and the projects were The Borealis Project, The Aurora Project, The Medusa Project all part of computer chips created for the SIPRnet "Secret Internet Protocol Router Network" the millitaries secret internet ran on the backbone of the regular internet you know NIPRnet "Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network". And this project of creating SIPRnet was a modern day "Manhattan Project" no amount of money was to high. The second project Bush wanted was the update of the nukes. He was prevented from doing this due to non-proliferation and nuclear arms reduction agreements with Russia. If he started playing with nukes the cold war would begin again and Congress, UN and other agencies would not let him start a new arms race. Then came the Russia is evil and starting wars with Georgia. That was Bush's way to end those treaties to start a new nuke program. Mc Cain was supposed to carry out that portion of Bush's plan after he left office but Obama won and the plan was foiled.

Now we have the military wanting there new nuke program. Gates has been on record as recent as 2009 saying he wants a new nuke program but Obama has said NO! the non-poliferation and nuclear arms reduction is more important. He said stay with the program in place of "repair and fix". The military is over looking and allowing "Dull Swords" to create a feeling of the weapons are failing and our security is at stake, but Obama called there bluff and fired the ones in charge of the nukes and replaced them. The military now has turned to propaganda to push this new nuke program forward. They want to create a public out cry and have Congress say check the nukes due to UFOs. Why do they use UFOs as part of there story? It is against the law to speak about anything to do with the nuclear program. Until 2003 it was against the law for the military to even admit a nuclear explosion occured on a military base by accident even if the public was in harms way. A law was changed under Bush allowing for the military to publicly warn people if a US nuclear device had created a threat to the public in 2003 because of fear of terrorist attacks or accidents. Before then they would not tell you. They would just let you die unknown what you were dying from. Scary thought! But the military has found a way around the "neither confirm nor deny" by releasing info with fiction. If your in the "Know" you Know what there talking about. I guess its a way of pushing agendas with public support while having the public wonder "What is really going on". If the people push to get to the truth Congress will act and the "Real truth will never be known to the public" as they put a "National Security" stamp on the subject.

So in conclusion you have military who spends billons on creating microchips and processors and use propaganda of space planes and secret aircrraft to hide it from the public. Paying for all research and development of those microchips and processors in 2004. Then allow those companies to release those to the public 5 years later and take the patents as belonging to those companies so they can make millons off of them for no cost of there own. You have a military who is willing to start a war with Russia just so they can canceal treaties with Russia so they can start a new nuclear program. And now the military is pushing propaganda of UFOs attacking our nuclear arms in order to start a new nuclear program. My question how far will they go and what are they capable of? How out of control are they? And when will people wke up and quit believing the liesnd propagada?

Im not saying theres no aliens or UFOs. I am just telling you what this story is all about. The military wants more and will do what ever the want to get it!!

I took the time to find some of the reports related to the military pushing for new nukes and how the Congress is telling them NO!

Congressional Research Service Report RS21619
Nuclear Weapons and U.S. National Security: A Need for
New Weapons Programs?
Updated September 15, 2003

file....__._/file/crs/RS21619.pdf

In the 2001 Nuclear Posture Review, the Bush Administration outlined a new role
forU.S. nuclear weapons that goes beyond the concept of deterrence from the ColdWar.
It also identified a newtargeting strategy thatwould seek to threaten specific capabilities
in adversary nations. Furthermore, the Administration has pledged to restore and
enhance the U.S. nuclear weapons infrastructure, as part of the U.S. effort to deter the
emergence of new threats in the future. In implementing the NPR, the Administration
has requested funding for studies on new types of nuclear weapons. The Administration
claims these projects, if they eventually produce new weapons, would enhance
deterrence; critics claim they will make nuclear use more likely and undermine U.S.
nonproliferation goals. This report will be updated as needed.

The BushAdministration’s Nuclear Posture Review (NPR), completed at the end of
2001, sought to adjust the U.S. nuclear posture to reflect, on the one hand, the emergence
of a more cooperative relationship between the United States and Russia, and, on the
other hand, increasing threats from other states and non-state actors, particularly those
armed with nuclear, chemical and biological weapons (weapons of mass destruction or
WMD). The Administration has highlighted these changes in the international security
environment in several documents, including the U.S. National Security Strategy and the
Strategy to Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction. The Administration has also
emphasized that the United States will use any means necessary to deter or defeat the use
of WMD by rogue nations or terrorist groups. One of the issues highlighted in the
Nuclear Posture Review is the role that nuclear weapons might play in addressing these
emerging threats.1

Congress told him No!

Congressional Research Service
Report RL33748
Nuclear Warheads: The Reliable Replacement Warhead
Program and the Life Extension Program
December 3, 2007

file....__._/file/crs/RL33748.pdf

Congressional Research Service
Report RL32929
The Reliable Replacement Warhead Program: Background
and Current Developments
September 12, 2008

file....__._/file/crs/RL32929.pdf

Most current U.S. nuclear warheads were built in the 1970s and 1980s and are
being retained longer than was planned. Yet they deteriorate and must be maintained.
To correct problems, a Life Extension Program (LEP), part of a larger Stockpile
Stewardship Program (SSP), replaces components. Modifying some components
would require a nuclear test, but the United States has observed a test moratorium
since 1992. Congress and the Administration prefer to avoid a return to testing, so
LEP rebuilds these components as closely as possible to original specifications. With
this approach, the Secretaries of Defense and Energy have certified stockpile safety
and reliability for the past 12 years without nuclear testing.

If you read through the report you will see where the DOD wants new nukes the request it in ever bill. Bush would support the DOD in wanting new nukes. But Congress has repeatedly said No! Now the DOD does not have Bush to help push for new nukes because Obama is with Congress on saying No! So what does the DOD do the turn to propaganda about UFOs making them useless. Now we just have to wait to see where they go next with this approach?

Just to show you how often Bush and the DOD pushed for new nukes.

Heres a picture of the locations of ICBM launch sites around Minot Air Force Base. If you didn't notice the distance from the Air Force Base to the nearest ICBM launch areas it would be about 10 miles from the base its to the nearest one. In the 60's the thought behind these launch sites was to make them blend into the area to hide them. The launch control facility would be under ground with a hidden entrance. The launch facilities where the ICBM missles would be were under ground and hidden. Both would have no watch towers or gaurd stations around them to help hide them. So if a base gaurd did see a UFO around a launch site he would be seeing something atleast 10 miles away if not more. He would then have to travel high way 83 to highway 2 or high way 52 and travel atleast 50 miles to get to where the launch site would be to get vlose to the UFO. To me something smells about stories of seeing UFOs over lauch sites as they were gaurding Minot Air Force Base. They would only see a light in the sky miles away.

You can check it to www.bing.com... or maps.google.com... just search for Minot Air Force Base and look to the left for Highways 2 and 52 for the area where the launch sites are or were?

More iformation on the base here.
