LEAKED EMAILS: Reveal Profits of Anti-Piracy Cash Scheme

Well it seems that the ACS:Media days of chasing people who they claim have illegally obtained material on their computer are over according to the BBC.

But in a statement read to the court, solicitor Andrew Crossley said he had now ceased all such work.

He cited criminal attacks and bomb threats as reasons.

"I have ceased my work...I have been subject to criminal attack. My e-mails have been hacked. I have had death threats and bomb threats," he said in the statement, read to the court by MediaCAT's barrister Tim Ludbrook.

He then went on to say that he still has panic attacks which send him into paralysis when confronted with a late train or a queue for a cup of coffee stipulating that goading these very real phobias of his were the last straw and he could take it no more.

Andrew is not out of the water yet as judgement is expected later this week.
