US Offers North Korea a Nuclear Deal

The White House has urged North Korea to accept a new plan for dismantling its nuclear weapons in return for aid. The White House said once Pyongyang agreed to take steps to achieve the verifiable dismantling of its nuclear programme, oil and food would be sent.

I find it very interesting the different tactics used to deal with Iraq and with North Korea. It is starting to appear, to me, that Iraq may indeed have been personal. Just my opinion.
