my personal opinion based upon more than a decades worth of experiences with individuals in intelligence communities, and the experiences I garner, is that "intelligent design" is footprinted in the words, whether by natural means, or by intelligent design. These are some of the ideas I entertain about this subject.

Encodings and encryptions are proven to exist in ancient biblical and holy texts. The Atbash Cipher being one off the top of my head.

Atbash is a simple substitution cipher for the Hebrew alphabet. It consists in substituting aleph (the first letter) for tav (the last), beth (the second) for shin (one before last), and so on, reversing the alphabet. In the Book of Jeremiah, לב קמי Lev Kamai (51:1) is Atbash for כשדים Kasdim (Chaldeans), and ששך Sheshakh (25:26; 51:41) is Atbash for בבל Bavel (Babylon). It has been associated with the esoteric methodologies of Jewish mysticism's interpretations of Hebrew religious texts as in the Kabbalah.

It is a very weak cipher because it only has one possible key, and it is a simple monoalphabetic substitution cipher. However, this may not have been an issue in the cipher's time.

codes have been evolving for thousands of years, even though not always overtly. It is an advanced evolved science, and tax dollars are spent on it.

again, these are possible aspects of reality I am comfortable entertaining, but respect the rights of those who do not subscribe to the existence of such a phenomenon having credibility.
