I thought unclassified meant there`s nothing in it thats secret and is allowed to be released into the public domain as it is nolonger relevant or never used.This info dosn`t really mean anything.

66-88.000MHz, 136-139.9750MHz, the 'nowhere' VHF band. From 400-470.0000MHz there's a small amount of military comms, as with 470-512.0000MHz

Back in the early nineties there was a special airforce unit responsible for collecting intelligence about everything that was "unknown". This NATO unit was based at a place called "Crystal Clear". Never found any info on it. In those days we believed that it was located somewhere near Bardufoss very high up North in Norway.
