Tigers living in Bhutan, at the top of the mountains

Tigers, which we all thought were jungle animals, have been found living on the highest peaks in the world.

And they are living side by side with animals who normally would not tolerate each other.

What does this mean? Is it climate change? Is it people who have caused these tigers to move? Or have they always been there?
