And that is exactly why it should be approached as a secular moral problem and not a religious one. Although you are entirely wrong about the US being formed as a secular nation, but that's another point entirely.

For example, currently we still have some barriers against certain behaviors, such as polygamy, prostitution, sex with minors etc. There are some countries that do not have such restrictions and are even promoting pedophilia. Germany and France come to mind.

Now why do we still have such laws? Why don't we just pipe pornography directly into kindergarten as a form of education? (Already happening under the guise of sex education by the way.) Why do the police arrest couples fornicating in public? Is the government intruding on their 'freedoms'? The answer seems obvious to you now, it clearly represents a social ill that has a negative impact on society. Most of you would still draw the line against such behavior, however I assure you such things will become more commonplace as we define decency downward.

Adultery, homosexuality etc. were all once crimes for very good social reasons, just as prostitution still is. Those social reasons are still true though you think freedom equals doing whatever you please with your privates.

Prostitution is illegal because the religious Right bitch and moan about it. Also, no politician, left OR right will tackle the issue and attempt to legalize it. Why? Because it's political suicide. Don't forget, in this country, it's all about "family values" and paying for sex or selling sex is somehow against those "values." That's why it's illegal. It's strictly political and about votes. Nothing else.

As for homosexuality, it was never illegal for "good" social reasons. In fact, it's taboo and immoral in the eyes of those who live their lives as bigots. Nothing more.

Homosexuality is natural and there's nothing wrong with it. If you think otherwise, then well, it's time to grow up and become civilized.

And if you can show me ONE reference to God in the Constitution, I will capitulate on the assertion that this nation was founded as a Secular Nation... If not...

If thats his goal, I'm quite flattered. Even though knowing him, hes just a guy with a genuine interest in martial arts. I've seen him practice with women just as much as other men.

I'm not into watching gay sex. But (and don't judge me for this xD) when I have seen glances of it on certain types of sites looking for certain types of very heterosexual material.. It didn't bother me. I was indifferent to it. To each their own.

I don't think that gay men are after all men. Guys and women can be friends, and I've had quite a few female friends that I've never harbored sexual feelings for.

Still waiting for that 'proof' that homosexuality is a psychiatric disorder... The CDC link, which is the only link you have provided, did not address this issue. So please, provide a link that provides medical proof from trained Psychiatrists or Psychologists that homosexuality is a disorder and prove once and for all that you are not here just to verbally gay bash other members...

None of what you posted was from the Constitution, which is the founding document of this nation.... I asked for one reference to God in the Constitution, not the Declaration of Independence, nor from the personal documents of the Founding Fathers...

You are splitting hairs. The intent is quite clear. You can play semantics games all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that the US constitution and the very independence movement was based on christian principles. This is why lawyers need to be put out of business, maybe cleaning latrines or something.

If what you say is true, then the First Amendment would not include the Freedom of and from religion. It is quite clear that they felt that religion, no matter what religion it might be, had NO place in government. Thus they wrote a completely SECULAR document to base this nation upon.
