I am with you Westcoast,
Kids today are sooo lacking in basic nutrition it is no wonder
they are fat. Junk in, junk on...
So many empty calories and no real exercise. Too much soy also
lowering testosterone in males..
Breaded this breaded that,.
fried this fried that
and microwaved quick meals cause mom doesnt care about their nutrition
Pizza Pizza Pizza
Mcdonalds, Sonic, Burger king, Taco bell,.All what these kids live on
And none of it has any real nutritional value

That is why kids AND adults are fat.. blame it on the food industry and bad parenting

[color=#FFC900]Yup. You should write a song about this in BNL style... You pretty much have a beginning verse right there.

Anyway, you're right! Preservatives, frozen-pre-mades, etc etc Microwaved up 2-3-4x again and again depleting the ozone and the nutritional value of the food it's nuking time and time again....
Best scenario would be to grow your own food and eat it as raw as possible.
Most people though, probably can't do this either they don't have the mind or the means.. or either.
Most people can simply do with eating foods that most closely resemble what they, and how they occur in nature... money doesn't grow on trees I know but neither does taco shells or twinkies...
