Christine O'Donnel would not help Jews evade Nazi persecution

So basically she's fashionably vague, but hints she would just let Nazis know that there are Jews hiding in her house. How sweet.

I saw this too. She was basically saying that it is NEVER ok to lie. However, I don't believe she thought this all the way through before making that statement. The lie was Hitler's agenda, so any subsequent lie to protect the Jews could not possibly be a lie; rather a correction/protection of the truth.

Statements like this just shows how dim she is and perfectly illustrate why she should not be elected.

Your spin is that you are posting something out of context for a situation that neither O'Donnell (or anyone else) would ever find themselves in. True, I'm not expecting Adolf Hitler at my doorstep any time soon. However, there is a dose of demagoguery in your statement. You see, it's perfectly OK to question yourself (and may be others) about what they would do in certain situations. You see an injured person on a freeway, would you stop to help them? Note, that is purely hypothetical and maybe not likely to happen, but it's a fair question regardless. And she blew it. Big time.

You know centurion, it must be difficult to be you at times, because one of your idols gets exposed as an incompetent fool crossed with a religious nut.

Aside from the political issue of the danger of O'Donnel, seeing this video made me realize something. I would lie in that situation. I don't lie in my life and have always stood firm in that. But I never considered that kind of hypothetical situation. And I would lie. You bet I would lie to protect someone's life.

Why didn't she just get down of her high horse and say that she would lie? As with most things in life, it's not black and white.

It's appropriate, centurion, that you would bring up Sarah Palin because this girl is VERY much like her from what I've seen. Maybe that's what made her run. "Hey, I'm like Sarah Palin! I should run for office! And then write a book when I fail."

Oh, so any video exposing one of your idols in an unattractive light is now considered an "attack"? Look, it's actual video of them presenting in public! It's not a cartoon or CGI. If you consider that an "attack", you must be having hard time facing the reality.

So let's recap -- O'Donnel goes on record saying that she would reveal presence of Jews to the Nazis. Palin rolls eyes when finding out she actually speaks to a teacher. How cool is that?

O'Donnell is like Palin in that she is a conservative woman that for some reason must also be scaring libs/dems to the point that they feel they must engage in these witch hunts (carefully chosen words) against them.

I simply don't know. I might. Not unlikely. And I would definitely deny Nazis intel any way I can, whereas our dear Christine would obviously volunteer it just on general principles. Good girl.

Well being a Libertarian, if caught in such a seeteation, I would put a couple 9 mm in the heads of the guys knocking on the door. Then, I would put a couple well placed high powered rifle rounds in the engine block of the vehicle they had, then finishing those in the vehicle. After burying all the bodies in the back field, I would then plant the vehicle in the nazi sympathizers property.

I am sure Maher would be one of them so it would be a great day all around.

If you have no clue ... as to what you would do or would have done in a similar situation, you also have no business criticizing someone else for their responses. It's why I call what you and others are doing a hypocritical witch hunt. Simple as that.
