'West fails to spread Iranophobia

www.presstv.ir

"Since the Islamic Revolution, the West has been seeking to spread Iranophobia among neighboring and regional countries but after three decades everyone knows that there is no such a threat," the presidential website quoted Rahimi as saying.

We have been saying this here in ATS for quiet a while now, some people will deny it, and claim there is actually a threat coming from Iran, or that their governing system sux because it is different etc..

A WOMAN blinded in an acid attack by a man she rejected is taking her revenge under Iran’s Sharia law.
.....
She will literally have an eye for an eye when a doctor, acting under the orders of an Islamic court, applies 20 drops of acid to each of her attacker’s eyes.

The fact of the matter is, Iran has becoming a thriving example for the Middle Eastern + Islamic nations of the world.

The US wants to spread its own system, hence Democracy and Capitalism therefore is trying to spread Iranophobia..

I'm gonna start using that word now

interesting.

i, too, believe that the anti-Iran hype is representative of the next war that TPTB want to wage. I am not buying it anymore.

It is going to take Iranian soldiers storming our shores to get me to buy into anything of the sort.

It is good to see that the world has not completely bought into this propaganda about Iran.

If people actually visited Iran, they'd see a wonderful place, with wonderful people. Their government isn't the best, but then, the west doesn't exactly have shining examples does it?

I just hope we can bypass a war with them, and get to the good bit of understanding them!

America. the little bush that cried wolf one too many times.that is what i think of iranophobia.

acid in eyes is usually not a good mix. and what kind of a doctor puts acid in people's eyes? doctors would not be doctors by the definition of what doctors are and what doctors do. acid in eyes is legal, but smoking on the beach or in a park is not.

this planet has issues.

oozyism,
S&F btw.

Theocracy is not a good form of government. But having said that, Iran is no threat to the US.

I don't believe that Iran wants to fight anyone, they would rather just rule themselves as a sovereign nation, and that is what the US doesn't like.

I think people are getting better at deciding things for themselves now,

rather than just listening to what is fed to them through the MSM.

The internet has opened peoples eyes to other sources of information in a big way..

Obviousy they WILL try to shut it down or limit it's information flow..

Always question the government's "facts", especially as they pertain to Iran.

They just can't seem to get the ball rolling here and for a good reason. I'd like to think that most Americans, after being fooled by the Iraq war, will no longer support any further wars. I'm being overly optimistic though.

After watching a documentary on Iran and U.S. relations before, during and after the Iran revolution. One thing sticks out like a sour thumb. U.S. determination to control Iran. Since the United States is an Empire.

I see a tale of two cities emerging...

Slag off Tehran and you are an islamiphobe. Slag off Jerusalem and you are anti semetic..

Funny how both leaders think that destiny is on their shoulders and they think that they will usher in each respective messiahs? And they both trully believe that btw..

Almost like they are working together no?

Think about it.

Good post. I dont want to see another war, and innocent civilians killed, and their infastructure, environment destroyed.

That being said I dont wish anyone living under a Theocracy and any more barbaric eye for an eye old testament type treatments. There must be a way to free the world peacefully.

Disclosure might help. Including all that the vatican knows as well. I believe reincarnation and quantum spirituality is a part of the reality of what has been proved.

It is not Rahimi who is important, it is the message that comes out of his mouth

They are in fact working together. The monotheism system of God that Jerusalem, Rome, and Mecca use is all co-dependent upon the other.

Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all each centered around prophecy, and while all are competing doctrines surrounding the same God, because they can't actually produce the God to say which is correct, let alone prove it's existence, what does make the God seem plausible is events mirroring prophecy.

Because our whole state system of government is tied into God too, making a God that will not manifest itself appear to truly be real to the masses requires getting events to mirror prophecy as closely as possible.

This more than anything is what keeps the believers believing in a world that is becoming increasingly secular, agnostic, and athiest.

As long as events keep mirroring prophecy, then the whole statist system built on monotheism can continue to stand.

So yeah they actually are all working together to pull this off.

Thanks for bringing that up my friend.

It seems me and you have a similar understanding of nations, and how nations resemble GODS, the supposed physical manifestation of GODS.

For example the US, the American citizens pray for the US through the national anthem, respect the US, live for the US, hence work, give tax, etc etc for a greater cause, which is US.

They also die for US, some soldiers don't even know why they are in Afghanistan, but US is the GOD, not singular, but plural. There was always this question, why does GOD regards itself as plural, GOD is one, but GOD says 'we' in almost every passage, never says 'I'. Some try to say, 'we', is a more respectful way of saying 'I', but at the moment I don't believe that.

Anyways, you get what I mean, people treat their nations like their GODS, that is the purpose of life for them, to live and die for the nation's cause.

There is a secret there, how did the pharaohs become GODS? The secret is right in front of us, but some people are trying to divert our attention with video games, porn, and shopping.

Article says the US has been spreading "Iranophobia" since the Islamic revolution... Yet it was the Americans who supported the Islamic revolution over the democratically elected government before it (who had little interest in America's interests).

The message might be what you want to hear but it isn’t based in reality.

I thought people like you were meant to have a keen nose for propaganda, the fact alone that you have Rahimi quoted from PressTV should be setting off alarm bells. Have you read some of their other articles or can you not see anything wrong with them?

Umm, see how you are avoiding the message?

There is a reason right? Why are you focused at me, or the news source, or the source? I said the message is important, but you simply attacked the message, you didn't refute it. Think for a second, read the above and see what you wrote, you said the message isn't based on reality. Could you elaborate maybe a little bit?

Are you suggesting the US hasn't demonized Iran since the removal of the puppet Shah?

Sorry mate that's about as wrong as you can get, literally diametrically opposed to the actuality of life and history on this saddening world.
