I am sorry that your area is being so devastated. If there is a land grab and much suffering going on, then don't just sit there, make a record of it and send it to ATS. Charities can be made, people can help. It is a shame that in the earthquake presentation a mention of charity information and contacts was not given. Record the people that are hurting. Gather the information about the government in bed with business for a land grab and send it to ATS and as well, make a post about it. Can everything be fixed? Most likely not, but doing nothing is certain to fix nothing for sure. Get involved, get the word out, make a difference, because in most cases, you can and do.

Good job on the episode, you went into depth on the earthquake with good source photos, interviews, and video. Well done and thank you for spending so much time on it. I would do a separate follow up, as well, recommend that links to the CC episode be added to the threads that were discussed in the videos. Have one compliment the other more so to speak if you haven't done so all ready.

Thanks again for getting close in with the camera, one recommendation is to do angular video shots. The mug shot thing is getting a little tiering. Try the a few 45 degree shots a few times and see what you think. Reposition the camera between segments to give the appearance of juxtaposing with your cohort, if the angles are accurately corresponding then it can be pulled off. I would even venture that you should even try the whole desk and laptop thing to give the impression that you are also "looking" at ATS. Not so sure, but it just seems like the full frontal camera all the time gets tiering for such a long segment of information. If you two ladies were any less attractive, then it would be getting older much quicker.

As well, I like the new segment transitions between sections, but the new sound added sounded like a "Kissing" type of effect and threw me off a bit. As well, i think the volume level of the sound was a lot higher than the regular audio track level, at least it seemed that way. I think more transitions are needed along with the new camera angles suggestions. I understand the idea that the backgrounds for both "anchors" being the same, but i think mixing it up with some kind of contrasting elements would be better. Being identical in my opinion is not as preferable to being within color scheme, but switching the primary to the secondary and giving greater emphasis on one anchor verses the other. Basically make Ashley's more pink and Julies more green, not one or the other, but more emphasis on one color for one anchor and the other color for the other anchor. There needs to be more changing between anchor switches than just the person themselves. More contrast and visual differences between segments. Still cohesive and obviously within color scheme, but altered emphasis.

Thanks again and I am making a list of what to investigate in my local area. I am in Tampa Bay, so i think that i am going to do try to do an interview with some of the college folks who were investigating and researching the oil well leaks. They were based here at USF here in Tampa. If you have anything else here you would rather have done, let me know.
