Remember the amnesty memos? The leaked documents that showed officials in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency discussing an Obama administration end-run around Congress to implement an administrative amnesty for untold numbers of illegal immigrants? It turns out that USCIS wasn't alone.

Well there you have it, a new memo is coming out that will be finding a way to bypass the laws of the United States of America when it comes to illegale Immigrants. This is a sad day, when the congress is gridlock and can not come up with a decision, and reforms, leaving it to another branch of the government to come out with a solution that would bypass the laws.
The question must be asked, is how much does the President of the United States know about these kinds of actions? If he does know, does it warrent a crimminal investigation? In the eyes of the law, if a person who knows about a crime does absolutely nothing, they are equally guilty of all actions that take place during that crime. The President and those who answer to him, when it comes to this issue, are moving into dangerous grounds, where they are not yet moving into breaking the law. The seperation of the powers were set up to prevent one branch from being too powerful and to provide a means of checks and balances to ensure that the country is govern fairly.
But when the memos of this nature, when laws are often passed to where they are deliberately seeking to subvert the laws that are standing on the books, that is just down right wrong, if not criminial in its nature.
The federal government and especially those who advise the President of the United States need to start being a bit smarter at their job and remember that under the laws of the United States of America, no one, not even the President of the United States, is above the law.
