Maxine Waters Plays Race Card, Aids Expelled from Pelosi Event., page 1

Maxine Waters, the Democrat representing California's 29th congressional district is now playing the race card to defend herself against the ethics charges made against her for her intervention in a failing a bank that her husband holds stock in and was on the board of. If experience is anything to go on, the race card works and so another crooked politician will probably go unperturbed. Frankly, I find it funny that Maxine Waters gets singled out with the entire Congress (almost) guilty of something or another.

Anyway, Waters is now turning this into a racial issue, stating "It ain’t about Nancy. It’s about black people,” and “These signs will show up wherever large numbers of African Americans gather,”. This is absolutely disgusting and certainly racist in of itself. This should anger and insult everyone, but particularly black people, as it belittles their percieved plight.

Apparently, Maxine Waters (just one corrupt politician out of many) is sending her staffers to hold racially polarizing signs in her defense against the ethics charges filed against her corrupted actions. Like many others seem to successfully do, she is bringing in race, prejudice and ignorance to get away with her own corruption and sadly, it will probably work. Someone could get caught blowing crack smoke down the throat of a child as they molest said child and as long as they interject race and are any other ethnicity than white or Asian, they are most likely going to get away with it.

However, beyond the issue of her corruption, I believe this action to divide the public even further along the lines of race, is far more dangerous, disgusting and evil. As I point out in my thread titled, "Forbidden History: The distraction of racism and the great American lie", this tactic is used far too often and is successful in part because of this very thing.

Maxine Waters is not only a corrupt, treasonous politician, but she is apparently also a racist, who is looking to exploit not only the hatred being ingrained in whites, but also the racial divide and upperhand given to minorities against whites. What she is doing, is only hurting race relations and dividing the American people and to think that she is doing so, simply to save her own skin is outrageous. What a crook, she needs to go so that another corrupt politician can fill her spot.

Three staffers working for embattled Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) were asked by security officers to leave an event in downtown Washington on Thursday after they tried to display large campaign signs just as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was about to speak. The aides were holding lawn signs that defended Waters from the ethics charges she is facing in the House. “Let’s fight for Maxine Waters,” read a headline on the signs above a large picture of the congresswoman. Smaller headings read: “No improper action. No benefit. No failure to disclose. No one influenced. No case!”

Waters told The Hill afterward that the staffers had been displaying the signs at the annual legislative conference for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, which was held at the Washington convention center a few blocks away. “It ain’t about Nancy. It’s about black people,” Waters said.
