Since Washington D.C was founded in the year of 1791 it's been links with the Zodiac and stars could this show a connection with other lost civilizations such as Ancient Egypt, Myans, ect? and if there is a link what is it and why is it ? who would go threw so much truble to try and recreat this science or art or form of communication is it some how connected to alien civilizations or just to show them who is on top any idea's ?
