Are poll workers being used to inflate jobs totals?

Well, here is another report showing the government is inflating the jobs numbers. But, why do this at this time. Is the administration attempting another corrupt and disingenuous propaganda maneuver?

You get unemployment numbers that are released at one point in time and then a month later, buried in some unknown report, that the numbers were wrong and have to be adjusted.

When will the non transparency and propaganda end?
