Why are there more and more UFO articles are in the conspiracy forum and not in the alien and UFO fo

Why are there more and more UFO articles are in the conspiracy forum and not in the alien and UFO forums surely if they were moved in to the correct forum this would prevent any unnecessary time wasting and duplication of topics. I for one am getting a little peeved by the closure of my threads after I am told that the topic already exists in a different forum even though I have used the search function and scanned the UFO forum intently before posting.
