Its more of the same thing from the Democrats and the progressives......

They will fly blind into this whole deal, degrading the TPM and making fun of them........and then the next thing they know theyve lost their seats in government......

Youd think theyd learn, theyve been saying for over a year now how the TPM is just a flash in the pan and wouldnt last 3 months.......hmm that was wrong......then they said there werent that many of them..........wrong again........then they said that the TPM wouldnt go anywhere and wouldnt have any pull..........

Are you starting to see the pattern yet?

Deny all you want, the TPM and people who support it want their country back, and the crooks out of washington......

Its ok, the left will keep flinging mud, and then when the smoke clears and they have lost their power again.....THEN they will be looking for someone to blame.......like Rupert Murdoch........give me a break........

I'll join the Tea Party when it,

1) Stops support for the ongoing War On Terror, and PRO WAR stances.
2) Stops support for Israel
3) Stops support for integration of church and state on policy
4) Stops suspicion, hatred, slander of Muslims
5) Stops constant interjection of "This country was founded on Christian principles"
6) Stops constant talk about "morality" and the hinting of legislating it.
7) STOPS SUPPORT OF GLENN BECK AND SARAH PALIN

And STARTS listening to Ron Paul.

What an assumption to disinform ATSers about.

We will see how much change these Tea Party candidates give us. I will reserve any more judgment on them until I see their campaign contributors. One way to really gauge how a politician will govern is to see who put the money out to get them there because as history has repeatedly showed us favors owed for the money usually always get repaid.

Very true indeed that they are one and the same. The GOP seen the grassroots organization and hijacked it knowing they needed a complete re-branding in order to retain any kind of power at all. What really baffles me is how people do not see that. I mean it's mouthpiece is the former GOP nominated VP candidate, it's cheerleaders are all stone cold, die hard republicans, yet somehow people view it as a completely separate organization. The truly baffling thing about it though is that they let those people take it over when the main principles of it where they where fed up with the establishment politicians and wanted serious change.

Christian theology, yet you use the word "God"
in ur post

OMG! You are RIGHT! The TEA Party is going to bring their Christian version of Sharia Law down on us all! OMG OMG OMG! Not only is every TEA Party Candidate a foreign born muslim insurgent, they also are Christian Extremists! OMG OMG OMG!

That's just it. We gotta cultivate our own little infidel jihadists over here in America so we can keep up with the ones we've created in the mid east at bay.

Tea Partyers vs. Islamic Extremists!

Mud Wrestlin' to the DEATH!

thanks for posting those Ron Paul videos

I think Dr. Paul will be our next President
to go along with all those Tea Party seats
on the congressional floor.

That is unless TPTB get to him first.

I just read an article on CNN where it said that:

"If they want to cast the Tea Partiers as out of the mainstream, go right ahead. I don't think that will work for a second. What will matter is that voters are, in the words of the late comedian Robin Harris, are "pissed off to the highest level of pissivity.""

Srah Palin just called for the GOP to UNITE.

LINK HERE

Her best endorsed candidate O'donnell is going to be groomed for a larger 'run' I predict.

If you aren't aware also, the "Tea Party Express" and other Tea Party offshoots endorse these candidates:

Calif. - Chuck Devore (R)
Florida - Marco Rubio (R)
Kansas - Todd Tiahrt (R)
Kentucky - Rand Paul (R)
Nevada - Sharron Angle (R)
Pennsylvania - Pat Toomey (R)
South Carolina - Jim DeMint (R)

House Candidates:

Calif.-4 Tom McClintock (R)
Ga.-6 Tom Price (R)
Idaho-1 Walt Minnick (D)
Ind.-6 Mike Pence (R)
Minn.-6 Michele Bachmann (R)
S.C. -2 Joe Wilson (R)
Tenn.-7 Marsha Blackburn (R)

The GOP is not going anywhere, they're just re-branding themselves after the failed Bush Era policies forced them to change tactics. Go back and compare the McCain/Palin platform....almost identical to Bush's.

Then compare THAT platform to Obama's platform in 2008....almost identical AGAIN.

There is no "change" coming. The GOP is just reinventing themselves and appearing as if "renegades" are taking over. The top Tea Party favorites along with the Tea Party Express are backing the SAME POLICIES.

The main thing fueling it is the Anti Incumbent fever everywhere, but they're replacing incumbents with the same platforms, if not WORSE, than some of the GOP rank and file.

This is a brilliantly executed shell game which will give the GOP MORE power than they could muster under their default name and identity.

Anti Incumbent sentiment + "NEW" faces and name + replace old guard with new guard of similar platforms = call it a victory for the "average Joe" while the average Joe has no idea he's been had.

When the Tea Party is done gaining seats through the Republican ticket, we will go return to the Bush Era policies with a younger and more ENERGIZED Right Wing.

Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck...or their handlers... are PURE genius. They're not as stupid as some would claim. It's pure brilliance. I have to admit it.

thank you for your opinion
I will keep it under advisement.
You are entitled to your opinion
even though I disagree with it

But in the case you turn out to be correct
and the Avg Joe learns he has been had
at a later date, there probably wont be
enough bombs, bullets and bunkery
to stop the Revolution that follows.

You think there will be a Revolution if the so-called Tea Party turns out to be nothing more than social conservatives and Republicans-in-hiding?

How so?

Tell me what you think this Revolution will be like.
