Now that is what i am talking about...thanks for the info Drunken i will definately be looking into it....we have some intelligent people on ATS...and together if we pool resources i think we came possibly come up with enough credible evidence to put forward some indictments.

Levitt and Dubner made no race-based claims. A caller to Bennett’s show says the national media “talk[s] a lot about the loss of revenue, or the inability of the government to fund Social Security, and I was curious, and I’ve read articles in recent months here, that the abortions that have happened since Roe v. Wade, the lost revenue from the people who have been aborted in the last 30-something years, could fund Social Security as we know it today. And the media just doesn’t—never touches this at all.” After some back-and-forth about assumptions over how many of those aborted fetuses would have grown up to be productive citizens, speculations about costs, and Bennett’s citation of the Freakonomics claim, he says: “I do know that it’s true that if you wanted to reduce crime, you could—if that were your sole purpose, you could abort every black baby in this country, and your crime rate would go down. That would be an impossible, ridiculous, and morally reprehensible thing to do, but your crime rate would go down. The bookie of virtue: William J. Bennett has made millions lecturing people on morality—and blown it on gambling


Bennett has been a high-roller since at least the early 1990s. A review of one 18-month stretch of gambling showed him visiting casinos, often for two or three days at a time (and enjoying a line of credit of at least $200,000 at several of them). Bennett likes to be discreet. "He'll usually call a host and let us know when he's coming," says one source. "We can limo him in. He prefers the high-limit room, where he's less likely to be seen and where he can play the $500-a-pull slots. He usually plays very late at night or early in the morning--usually between midnight and 6 a.m." The documents show that in one two-month period, Bennett wired more than $1.4 million to cover losses. His desire for privacy is evident in his customer profile at one casino, which lists as his residence the address for Empower.org (the Web site of Empower America, the non-profit group Bennett co-chairs). Typed across the form are the words: "NO CONTACT AT RES OR BIZ!!!"

Bennett attributes the words to someone else, but he cites the view as if he thinks it really makes sense.  He doesn't even present this inflammatory view as a question--he simply tosses it out as a comment in the flow of the conversation.  West responded, "Well, I can't get into predictions, but..." and then goes on to talk about how scary the future will be.  In other words, West lets Bennett's comment go without challenge!

But Bennett, like so many other Neocons, is part of a campaign to raise the level of hysteria concerning a supposedly imminent threat to Israel's very existence to ever higher levels.  It is a determined campaign to portray Israel as on the very brink of annihilation, based on the claim that Iranians are so insane that they don't care about their own survival--that they will truly be content to go out in a blaze of Islamic glory, as long as they take the "Zionist entity" with them.  The only alternative, as Bennett not so subtly hints, is regime change in the US to a regime that buys into the hysteria--or at least into Neocon goals.  For a far more measured take on this whole situation I highly recommend the analysis of the Israeli political scientist Ariel Ilan Roth (Associate Director of National Security Studies at the Johns Hopkins University’s Krieger School of Arts and Sciences): The Root of All Fears: Why Is Israel So Afraid of Iranian Nukes? Read Roth's analysis.  Do not wait for him to be invited to speak on Bennett's radio show.  But maybe it would be a good idea to contact Bennett and urge him to have Roth on.

Those words, as frightening as they are shocking, headlined one of several Internet articles that appeared in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks upon the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Published Sept. 24 on PsyOpNews, the article unequivocally proclaimed:
"Seems like everybody and his uncle knew about this attack in advance. Inside traders and governments and even good ol' Jeb Bush. He took over Florida four days before the attack. Bye, bye Florida. Hello, General Jeb." Then challenged, "Now, how many states does that leave us in the Union?"
In a similar vein, Jeff Rense on Sept. 23 ran a piece on his website, www.rense.com, headed "Jeb Declared Martial Law In FL On 9-7." Two days earlier, at Lawgiver.org readers were provided with details about "Martial Law in Florida."
"In case you haven't figured it out, Florida is under martial law and will remain so until this EO (executive order) is revoked," the author stated bluntly.
The articles sparked a flurry of e-mails to WorldNetDaily. Did we know that the governor "immediately" after the Trade Center's second tower fell had issued an executive order, with no termination date, declaring a state of emergency? Did we know that the governor had made the interim head of the Division of Emergency Management into a czar of anti-terrorist operations, giving him the power to seize land and personal property and order people evacuated from their homes? Were we aware that Bush had mobilized the National Guard just four days earlier?

Bush, through Executive Order 01-261, had activated units of the Florida National Guard on Sept. 7, four days before the kamikaze assault on the Trade Center. His second executive order, EO 01-262, did in fact delegate awesome powers to a non-elected official, the interim head of the Division of Emergency Management, the agency responsible for implementing Florida's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan. Moreover, the governor issued it shortly after the attacks, strongly suggesting he had been apprised of events ahead of time and was ready to sign the order with a stroke of his pen as soon as he received an appropriate signal.

1. The key document that must be addressed is entitled “A Clean Break: Strategy For Securing The Realm”, also referred to as the ACB Doc. This criminal piece of literature was prepared in Israel in 1996 by the political think-tank called the Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies (IASPS), headed by Richard Perle. This criminal Jewish / Israeli think-tank wrote the ACB doc and put forth a number of ideas that resonates clearly the purposes and goals of this criminal cabal that has clearly manifest from 9/11.

“Anti-Semitism”

That is a rather ironic claim to make, because “anti-Semitism” commits the same offense of discounting, discarding, or ignoring a person, their work or other attainments on the ground of their ethnicity, religion, or race. To contend that a person’s research on 9/11, for example, cannot be taken seriously because they are anti-Semitic is parallel to discounting a person’s opinions because they are Jewish. Either way, the conclusion (of dismissing their argument) because of other of their personal traits commits the ad hominem fallacy or, more broadly, the genetic fallacy. An argument can be well-founded regardless of its source, including the characteristics of the individuals who advanced it, who may be lacking in virtue in other respects. Arguments have to be assessed on the basis of logic and evidence, not the personal virtues of those who advance them.

We all have our own intellectual strengths and weaknesses, where we may not be as good in mathematics, for example, as we are in history. Our shortcomings with respect to mathematics do not diminish our excellence in history! Interestingly, a 9/11 researcher, Gregg Hoover, is filing a lawsuit against Glenn Beck for defamation, which appears to be entirely appropriate. Notice that Beck is not simply attacking specific research on 9/11 but the very idea of research on 9/11. Some of the most prominent students of 9/11 are widely admired scholars, such as David Ray Griffin and Peter Dale Scott. Do their efforts to bring the truth about 9/11 to the American people make them racists?

The issue of anti-Semitism has to be addressed on its own merits. It has been used as a political club to attack research on 9/11 whenever consideration has been given to the possibility of Israeli involvement in the crime. That is hardly a stretch, since Israel has probably benefited from 9/11 more than any other political entity. 9/11 has been used to justify wars of aggression abroad against Iraq and Afghanistan—which President Obama, alas, seems to be expanding—and to constrain civil liberties at home in the form of the so-called PATRIOT Act, The Military Commissions Act, and the massive illegal surveillance of the American people, which, alas, he has yet to repeal.

I addressed some of these issues during the Ron Paul "Freedom Rally"" held on the grass in front of the United States Capitol Building on 15 April 2008. The article I published that laid out what I had said there, “9/11 and the Neo-Con Agenda”, OpEdNews (April 22, 2008), was even featured on the front page of The Daily Paul the same day, 22 April 2008, it appeared here. During the course of my analysis of who might have been responsible for 9/11, I explicitly addressed the possibility of Israeli complicity in the crime. I wrote:

Others in the administration with dual citizenship include Paul Wolfowitz, Elliot Abrams, Richard Pearle, Douglas Feith, “Scooter” Libby, Eliot Cohen, and John Bolton. Do any of these names sound familiar?

An especially interesting case is Michael Mukasey, our new Attorney General, who was also the judge on litigation between Larry Silverstein and insurance companies over the events of 9/11.

Who runs this country? About two weeks after 9/11, Ariel Sharon said, “We own America, and the Americans know it”.

If Israel was involved in 9/11, the American people are entitled to know.

I was confident that I would be attacked for being "anti-Semitic" for making such observations, no matter how factual, so I addressed the issue head-on:

I will be accused of anti-Semitism for telling you facts in the public domain. But it is not “anti-Semitic” to criticize the state of Israel, the government of the state of Israel, or the policies and actions of the state of Israel.

Anti-Semitism involves discounting or belittling persons on the basis of their religious orientation or their ethnic origins.

It is not anti-Semitic to object to the expansion of illegal settlements, the starvation and killing of the Palestinian people, or the butchering of a peace activist with a bulldozer! For these gross violations of human rights, we have the government of Israel to thank.

We need laws to keep dual citizens from decision-making and policy-shaping position in the US government. Who knows whose loyalty they respect?

I call upon those with joint citizenship to resign their positions in the interests of the nation—the United States of America!

PERLE'S PAST

During the Carter administration Perle was part of the "Committee on the Present Danger" -- which believed that the US was about to be overrun by the Soviet Union and the committee advocated huge military budgets and was totally opposed to any and all arms treaties with the Soviets.

It’s a widely held view that Perle was in the pay of Mossad when it was reported that he was employed by an Israeli arms company to sell weapons. Later the rumour surfaced again following the release of an FBI wiretap into an investigation of Perle’s ties to the Jonathan Jay Pollard spy case, purportedly of Perle in conversation with an employee at the Israeli embassy passing on US classified information.

Then in the 1980s with yet another conflict of interest with accusations that he was involved in representing an Israeli weapons company in the sale of weapons, an accusation he denied, saying he was "between jobs" when working for the company.

"[W]hen Assistant Secretary of Defense…n 1983, he was the subject of a New York Times investigation into an allegation that he recommended that the Army buy weapons from an Israeli company from whose owners he had, two years earlier, accepted a fifty-thousand-dollar fee."

Then there was Perle’s involvement with the then Prime Minister of Israel Netanyahu and a report authored by Perle and his sidekick, Douglas Feith (who is now Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy). The report, "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm" that Perle gave to Netanyahu ‘reappeared’ pretty well word for word as Netanyahu’s speech before Congress.

And for fifteen years Perle represented the interests of the Turkish government, successfully getting a bill in Congress killed that would have condemned the genocide committed against the Armenians by the Turks.

And then there’s Perle’s financial connections to Hollinger International where he’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and where he also serves on the remuneration committee and is also a member of the International Advisory Board of Hollinger Inc, but more on Hollinger below.

This week, Lord Black (or Conrad Black) who owns 73% of Hollinger International has been forced to step down as head of the transnational media conglomerate Hollinger International that owns over 400 media outlets including London’s right-wing Daily and Sunday Telegraph and the Spectator, Israel’s Jerusalem Post, and the Chicago Sun Times, over $200 million in ‘bonuses’ handed out to directors over a seven-year period, that by rights belonged to the investors.

And in yet another conflict of interest, Perle’s involvement as a director of the British software company Autonomy surfaced. Autonomy supplies the DoD, the Dept of Homeland Security, Britain's GCHQ and MI6 with tools that enable the ‘bugging’ of computer communications.

Perle is also director of yet another company that has major contracts with the US army and the DoD, DigitalNet.

Finally there’s Perle’s connection to Global Crossings, the bankrupt telecommunications company. Perle was hired by the Hong Kong-based company Hutchison Whampoa Ltd where he has a fat consulting deal, purportedly worth $750,000, to ‘smooth the way’ for its purchase. Global Crossings handles a lot of US military communications and Hutchison Whampoa is closely linked to the Chinese government and their military

Perle is seriously mixed up in the problems of Hollinger International and its founder, Sir Conrad Black, who gave up his Canadian citizenship to accept a British peerage. Black's publishing empire includes the British Daily Telegraph, the Chicago Sun-Times and the Jerusalem Post. In his original incarnation as a Canadian wheeler-dealer, Conrad Black gobbled up most of that country's daily newspapers. At one time, in fact, he had the fastest growing newspaper business in the world, according to the Nov. 18 Financial Times. According to the Nov. 19 Washington Post, Hollinger's tangled corporate structure paid Black and his close associates $200 million in salary, management fees and "non-compete" compensation--while the conglomerate itself made only $23 million in profit.
Now the Securities and Exchange Commission has issued subpoenas to officials of Hollinger International. The SEC is looking for unauthorized payments by Black to current and former company executives. According to the Nov. 20 Washington Post, "The regulators are likely to shine a brighter light on the actions of Black, the company's auditors and its other directors, who include Henry A. Kissinger and Richard N. Perle, the former chairman [and still member] of the National Defense Policy Board."
According to the Post, Perle heads Hollinger Digital, which put $2.5 million into a venture capital firm called Trireme Partners that aimed to cash in on the huge post-9/11 U.S. military and homeland security buildup. Coincidentally, Trireme's managing partner is Perle himself--who, from his position on the Defense Policy Board, pushed for just such a military buildup.
Gerald Hillman, managing partner of Hillman Capital, received $14 million from Hollinger, according to London's Financial Times. Hillman also is a Trireme partner. The Dec. 10 Financial Times reported that a minority invester in Hollinger International is taking steps to file a lawsuit against its management and current and former board members, including former Illinois Gov. James Thompson and "defense adviser" Perle.
Boeing, the American aircraft manufacturer, gained access to Perle's Defense Policy board in 2002 by "taking a $20 million stake" in Trireme, according to the Financial Times. Boeing said it made the investment as part of a "broad strategy" to invest in companies with "promising" defense-related technology.
This past August, according to the Financial Times, Perle co-authored an op-ed piece in the Wall Street Journal arguing in favor of a controversial deal in which the Air Force would lease from Boeing one hundred of its 767 aircraft refueling tankers. Perle did not disclose Boeing's $20 million "stake" in Trireme, and Boeing said it had no knowledge that Perle had advised the company on the leasing arrangement

Seymour Hersh is a rarity in America these days -- an investigative journalist.

Because Hersh does what he does so well, the chicken hawk Richard Perle called him a terrorist on CNN the other day.
 
That's right. Perle equated Hersh with Osama bin Laden and Khalid Shaikh Mohammed. "Sy Hersh is the closest thing American journalism has to a terrorist," Perle told Wolf Blitzer.
 
Perle slandered Hersh because the award winning journalist wrote in the March 17th issue of the New Yorker: "There is no question that Perle believes that removing Saddam from power is the right thing to do. At the same time, he has set up a company that may gain from a war."
 
I have not read the New Yorker article, so I can't comment on it. I don't know if Perle set up a company situated to profit from his boss' plan to mass murder possibly a half million Iraqis or not. But if Hersh said it, there must be something to it. Hersh is known for his meticulous research. He conducts interviews, double checks facts. Seymour Hersh does not make things up. Due to his professionalism Hersh has won more than a dozen major journalism prizes, including the 1970 Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting and four George Polk Awards.
 
On the other hand, Perle and the neocons are liars.
 
One big lie is that Mohammed Atta met with Khalil Ibrahim Samir al-Ani, an official at Baghdad's embassy in Prague. US intelligence agencies went over records of Atta,s travels and concluded that during the period in question he was in Virginia Beach, not in Prague. Perle knew this was a fabrication. He attempted to pass it off on the American people as truth. There are many other lies, as well, but I will not bother you with enumeration.
 
That's how the neocons make their case before the American people -- through deceit, half-truth, fabrications, and outright lies. It should be considered treason. It should be a crime. Maybe one day Richard Perle will be prosecuted for his crimes. For now he is allowed to bend the ear of George W. Bush and prod the half-wit dictator into destroying America.
 
When Perle was working for Senator Scoop Jackson, he was investigated by the Justice Department and found to have violated US policies relating to unlawful transmission of sensitive classified US information to Israel.

Politics is a dirty business and politicians don't come any dirtier than Dick Cheney. He's a man who delights in operating on the 'dark side' and is the Darth Vader of American politics. However, is it going too far to accuse him of "crimes against humanity"? That term has quite a narrow and specific meaning in international law. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Courts defines it as:
particularly odious offences that constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are part either of a government policy or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. Murder, extermination, torture, rape and political, racial or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice.
Pretty heinous stuff, I'm sure we can agree, but that is the yardstick against which we measure the actions of Dick Cheney and see whether they do, in fact, amount to "crimes against humanity".

Canada’s Legal Duties
By ratifying the Convention against Torture and the Rome Statue for an International Court, Canada agreed not only to make the torture and other war crimes and crimes against humanity crimes under Canadian law but also to participate in acting effectively to prevent and punish these crimes wherever they occur. To ensure Canada’s ability to fulfill these duties, Parliament has:
• Passed laws enabling Canada to prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity wherever the crimes occurred and whatever the nationality of the suspected perpetrators and the victims. (e.g. Criminal Code, torture provisions and the Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Act.) Under the Convention against Torture , when a person suspected of any involvement in torture enters Canada, Canada has a duty to either prosecute that person or extradite him to a state that is willing and able to prosecute.
• Passed laws to ensure that Canada will not allow people suspected of war crimes and/or crimes against humanity and/or gross human rights abuses to enter Canada or otherwise provide a safe haven, even temporarily, for people suspected of any involvement in carrying out or acquiescing to war crimes, crimes against humanity or other gross human rights abuses. (e.g. Immigration and Refugee Protection Act)
The Canadian Ministers responsible are not enforcing these laws. In spite of significant intelligent, peaceful protests, G.W. Bush was allowed entry in Canada in March and May 2009 and Colin Powell was allowed entry in June 2008.

Write to Members of Parliament asking that Canadian Border Services Agency issue a cross-Canada directive to all entry points ordering that G.W. Bush, Tony Blair and Dick Cheney be barred from Canada and, if found in Canada, be arrested and dealt with according to the law. Some email addresses are below.

Cheney Says There Was No Iraq Link to 9/11 Attacks (Update1)

June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Former Vice President Dick Cheney disavowed intelligence he once cited to suggest that then-Iraq dictator Saddam Hussein collaborated with al-Qaeda to stage the Sept. 11 attacks.
Cheney said today that information by the Central Intelligence Agency of collaboration between Iraq and al-Qaeda on Sept. 11 “turned out not to be true.” Still, Cheney said a longstanding relationship existed between Hussein and terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda, that justified the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003.
“I thought it was strong at the time and I still feel so today,” Cheney said at a National Press Club lunch in Washington. “There was a relationship between al-Qaeda and Iraq that stretched back 10 years. That’s not something I made up.” Citing 2002 Senate testimony by George Tenet, then the CIA director, he said, “We know for a fact that Saddam Hussein was a state sponsor of terrorism.”
On whether Hussein helped al-Qaeda carry out the 2001 terrorist attacks, Cheney said, “I do not believe, and I have never seen any evidence, that he was involved in 9/11.”
Cheney continued his attacks on President Barack Obama’s pledge to close the prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where suspected terrorists are being held. Obama has called the indefinite detention of suspects at Guantanamo a “mistake” and said he will close the camp -- a vow that has been complicated by the refusal of lawmakers, including Democrats, to provide funding.
Difficult to Close
“I think it’s going to be very difficult to close Guantanamo,” Cheney said. “It’s a good, well-run facility. If you’re going to be engaged in a world conflict such as we are in terms of global war on terrorism, if you don’t have a place where you can hold these people, your only other option is to kill them. We don’t operate that way.”
Several months after the Sept. 11 attacks, Cheney said it was “pretty well” confirmed that Mohamed Atta, one of the leaders of the attack, had met with a senior Iraqi intelligence official in Prague in April 2000, according to a Washington Post account. Cheney later said the meeting’s existence couldn’t be proven, the Post said.
The presidential commission that investigated the Sept. 11 attacks concluded in 2004 that meetings or contacts between al- Qaeda and Iraqi officials didn’t result in collaboration between the terrorist group and Hussein’s regime.

The Office of the Vice President may not have much to say about that 1994 videotape in which Dick Cheney explains that overthrowing Saddam Hussein isn't worth the lives of "very many" American soldiers. But asked about the tape on "Meet the Press" Sunday, Karl Rove had all sorts of things to say about it. Well, actually, just one thing: 9/11.
Cheney "was describing the conditions in 1994," Rove explained. "By 2003, the world had changed. It changed on 9/11, and it became clear -- it should be clear to every American that we live in a dangerous world where we cannot let emerging threats fully materialize in attacks on our homeland."
Now, that might have become clear to at least one American on Aug. 6, 2001, when Rove's boss received -- and ignored -- the memo entitled "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S." But we digress.
"Look, there, there are all kinds of contingencies that are discussed and evaluated and planned for and thought about," Rove continued Sunday. "But look, the world changed. Again, I repeat, it is fine to have a 1994 mindset in 1994. It is no longer acceptable to have a 1994 mindset after Sept. 11. America needs to think and act differently. We face a brutal enemy who will kill the innocent for one purpose and that is to gain control of the Middle East and to use the leverage of oil to bring down the West, and to attack us again."

Yes, and if we'd stayed focused on that enemy after 9/11 -- if we hadn't started a war against someone else entirely -- America, Iraq and the political legacy Rove is working so hard to salvage would all be a lot safer today

In a piece in the New Yorker by Seymour Hersh about the complexities facing the Obama administration on the issue of Syria, Hersh reports that now former vice president Dick Cheney tried to sabotage the relationship between then president elect Obama and Israel by saying that Obama was pro-Palestinian and that he would never support their efforts.
Hersh writes that, “Cheney began getting messages from the Israelis about pressure from Obama when he was President-elect. Cheney, who worked closely with the Israeli leadership in the lead-up to the Gaza war, portrayed Obama to the Israelis as a “pro-Palestinian,” who would not support their efforts (and, in private, disparaged Obama, referring to him at one point as someone who would “never make it in the major leagues”).”

Hersh’s reporting is excellent, as it details the potential complexities facing the new administration as they try to form an approach to Syria, while also dealing with Iran. Is anyone surprised at all that Cheney would try to poison the Irsrael/Obama relationship before it ever got started? Sadly, it also isn’t much of a surprise that Cheney thought that Obama wouldn’t make it in the major leagues of politics. You know, there is no way that Obama could possibly be as successful as the least popular administration ever.

With the revelation last night of the drunk driving arrest and conviction in 1976 of George W. Bush, this marks the THIRD arrest -- that we know of -- involving this man who would be president.
Let me ask you, the readers of this letter : How many times have YOU been arrested? Me, none. Most of you -- once? twice? This guy has been arrested AT LEAST THREE TIMES! How many people do you know have been arrested three times? Go ahead, do a quick count on your fingers. The answer? NONE!
Yet, we are being asked on Tuesday to vote for a man who has been arrested THREE TIMES. For President of the United States! Are they kidding? The Republicans must take us all for idiots.
• The first arrest of George W. Bush was for theft at a hotel.
• The second arrest was for disorderly conduct at a football game.
• The third arrest, we've now learned, is for a very serious crime -- drunk driving.
What's the next crime committed by George W. Bush that we will learn of? When will we learn it? It is time for everyone to demand the truth from Governor Bush. I'm telling you, we haven't heard the last of his criminal behavior.
But next Wednesday will be too late to find out.
The press should be ashamed of itself for its laziness. I cannot believe it took a young woman, Erin Fehlau -- at a FOX affiliate, no less -- up in Maine to stumble onto this story and do the necessary work to uncover it. Where have the big networks' investigative reporters been?

After seeing this local Maine reporter on "Nightline" last night explain how a policewoman told her she overheard a conversation between a lawyer and a judge, and then the reporter started digging around and found out the facts, it was clear the story was not planted by the Gore campaign, as Bush and his people have been insinuating.
The real story here is how did this conviction get covered up for so many years? I spoke to a lawyer last night familiar with these kinds of cases. She said that a D.U.I. in and of itself, is not something worth covering up. Had Bush revealed this himself, he would have found the public forgiving of his infraction.
No, my lawyer friend continued, the only reason to cover it up would be that there was something ELSE connected to the arrest that night e.g., drugs or resisting arrest. This other potential charge could have been dropped and expunged. The reporter was shown only the court docket which listed Bush's name, address, and the charge to which he pleaded guilty. What we need to see is the actual POLICE REPORT from that night. Assuming it hasn't been doctored, that will tell us the truth.
The Bush people have already lied about the nature of the D.U.I. arrest (they said the cop pulled Bush over because he was "driving too slowly" the arresting officer last night said it was because Bush had "swerved off on the shoulder of the road". Bush himself lied last night when asked about the night he spent in jail. "I didn't spend time in jail" he insisted. The officer told the local reporter that Bush, in fact, was handcuffed, taken to the station, and held in custody for at least an hour and a half.
This is not just some simple traffic ticket. I don't want to hear one word comparing this drunk driving conviction to Clinton's transgressions. Lying about consensual sex you had with another adult is NOT the same as getting behind the wheel of a car when you are drunk and endangering the lives of others (including the life of your own sister, Mr. Bush, who was in the car with you that night).

On November 1, 1929, five years later, Fall received a mild slap on the wrist: a one year sentence and a fine of $100,000 for taking bribes.

As to the where, Harel continued, "New York City is the symbol of freedom and capitalism. It's likely they will strike the Empire State Building, your tallest building [he mistakenly thought] and a symbol of your power."
In another article, entitled "Jimmy Carter: Radical Islam's Ally," Evans related the same story about Harel:
My last question was would terrorism ever come to America. "You have the power to fight it," he said, "but not the will. They have the will, but not the power. All of that will change in time. Yes, I fear it will come to New York and your tallest building, which is a symbol of your fertility."
Think about this for a minute. The founder and cornerstone of Israeli intelligence tells an American supporter in 1980 that Arab terrorism will come to America and that the terrorists will strike the tallest building in New York City. His bizarre prediction, which doesn't make much sense, comes to pass 13 years later with a hapless and thoroughly fake attack in 1993, evidently arranged by the FBI.

The FBI-coordinated false-flag terror event is followed, 8 years later, by a spectacular, well-planned, and extremely lethal attack which kills thousands. How did Isser Harel know what the Arab terrorists had planned more than two decades before 9-11?

There is hard, factual evidence that Michael Chertoff, the new Homeland Security Chief, has ties with the financiers of 9-11.
As incredible as this news may seem, it has now been revealed that the nominee of President Bush for the new Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, has ties with a man suspected of financing the 911 attacks, Dr. Magdy Elamir. There is also convincing evidence that Chertoff as head of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Justice Department shielded this financier of 911 from prosecution in a terrorist case.

The Record newspaper of Bergen County, New Jersey on June 20, 2000 shows that Chertoff defended Magdy Elamir who was sued by the State of New Jersey for $16.7 million dollars in losses. Over $5.7 million went "to unknown parties... by means of wire transfers to bank accounts where the beneficial owner of the account is unknown."

Who is Elamir Magdy, Chertoff's important client? On the NBC program, Dateline, on August 2, 2002, Rep. Ben Gilman, R-NY, of the House International Relations Committee was quoted as saying in 1998 that Magdy Elamir had "financial ties with Osama bin Laden for years."

In fact, Elamir even had strong connections with the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993.

Magdy Elamir was one of the most important financial supporters of the Al Salam mosque. The Al Salam mosque was where Omar Abdel-Rahman preached, the Muslim extremist who was later arrested for his role in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Former New Jersey police officer Allan Duncan said that "The Jersey City area and particularly the Al Salam mosque were allowed to continue as a major hub of terrorist activity in the United States." During this period, 1990 to 1994, Chertoff was the U.S. Attorney for this area, the District of New Jersey. Amazingly, even after this period, Elamir later became one of Chertoff's most important clients.

In 1999, Magdy Elamir and his brother Mohammed were named suspects in Operation Diamondback which was an FBI/ATF undercover infiltration of Pakistani arms dealers who sought to arm Osama bin Laden with conventional and nuclear weapons. According to the testimony of officer Duncan and taped transcripts with FBI informant Randy Glass, Elamir was a key player in this operation. According to Dateline NBC Mohammed Elamir tried to purchase small arms and ammunition in a recorded telephone conversation with Glass.

Dateline confirmed that Elamir and his corporation had paid at least $5000 to Egyptian arms dealer Diaa Moshen. Moshen was sentenced to 30 months for his involvement in Operation Diamondback.

Officer Allan Duncan, who was hired as an investigator by families of the September 11 attacks, said that the reason Elamir was never convicted was because he was never charged with a crime. When Operation Diamondback culminated in arrests in the summer of 2001, Michael Chertoff had become the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the criminal division of the U.S. Justice Department and Operation Diamondback was under his authority.

Chertoff blocked the indictment of his former client, Magdy Elamir.

Chertoff has also blocked the indictment of other Israeli partisans like himself with ties to 911.

In a four part investigative report on the Brit Hume, Fox News program in December of 2001 it was revealed a huge Israeli Mossad spy team of at least 100 members had been arrested by the FBI. The Fox News report revealed that the Israeli spy ring had penetrated FBI, CIA, DEA, U.S. Attorney's Offices, Federal judges, even military bases. In addition, the Mossad, through an Israeli company was and is able to monitor all phone calls made in the United States, including those of law enforcement agencies. It is known that Israeli drug kingpins in the United States escaped prosecution because of this penetration.

It also revealed that Mossad agents had closely shadowed the 911 hijackers for months before 911. They repeatedly failed lie detector tests. Considering their close monitoring of the hijackers for months, the FBI agents are quoted as saying, "How could they not have known" the details of the 911 attacks. The report suggests that the Israeli Mossad knew the details of the attacks in advance but did not provide the information to the United States. In one of its most revealing moments, the Fox News report quotes an unnamed FBI source saying that for an agent to expose Israeli spying is "career suicide."

Michael Chertoff freed the over 100 members of a huge Israeli spy ring apprehended in the wake of 911, including the Israeli agents who had tapped the telephones and shadowed 911 terrorist leader Mohammed Atta and many of his hijacker team for weeks before the attacks.

Chertoff also freed five Mossad agents who had been arrested and detained for months by the FBI on the day of the 911 attacks. They had been caught in New Jersey filming and cheering the 911 attacks on the World Trade Center. Interestingly enough they were apprehended with large sums of cash, false passports, and boxcutters (the same devices used in the hijackings). The FBI also found self-taken photos of very happy Mossad agents grinning and flicking their lighters with the World Trade Center burning in the background. Chertoff also allowed all of the apprehended Israeli spies to return to Israel out of the reach of American investigators.

Israel and the Jewish supremacists could not afford these revelations of Israel's spying and treachery. They had to put one of their own in position to protect their interests. They found him in Michael Chertoff.

Michael Chertoff is the son of a rabbi and a long-time radical Zionist and Jewish supremacist. After the first apprehensions of the massive Israeli spy ring occurred, this dedicated Zionist was quickly put into the position of head of the Justice Department Criminal Division. The United States State Department, Justice Department and Executive branch is honeycombed with Israeli loyalists. President Bush was and is surrounded by them. After 19 months as judge, President Bush nominated Chertoff to the position of Secretary of Homeland Security.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a government advocacy watchdog agency, has noticed Chertoff's advancement from Assistant Attorney General of the Department of Justice to Secretary of Homeland Security nominee over the past four years.

"It's an exceptional rise to power," said Fitton.

Indeed, Chertoff's rapid rise was exceptional, but one completely understandable with the risks of exposure presented in the Israeli spy ring and involvement in 911. Their man had to be put in very quickly.

Michael Chertoff could not afford the prosecution of Magdy Elamir because it would have revealed his own close connection to this bin Laden supporter who was one of the financiers of the 911 attacks.

Feith, whose Israel-based law partner has acted as a spokesman for the Israeli settlers’ movement, was an outspoken foe of the Oslo peace process throughout the 1990s. But others appointed by him to positions in OSP and NESA largely shared those views, according to a former colleague, retired Lieutenant Colonel Karen Kwiatkowsky, who worked in the NESA office from May, 2002 through February, 2003. In an interview with The Daily Star, she said the two offices recruited personnel from the neoconservative American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and the Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP), a think tank that works closely with Washington’s biggest pro-Israel lobby, the American Israel Political Affairs Committee (AIPAC. She also said that two of the staffers in the NESA office, including its chief, Deputy Undersecretary for Policy William Luti, had previously worked as aides to the former Republican speaker of the House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, who is also based at AEI. Recent reports indicate that Israel has deployed five different nuclear weapons designs. It is estimated to have 2000-5000 conventional nuclear warheads and many micro nuclear devices like the bomb that destroyed the Sari Club in Bali. (These new nuclear devices only emit alpha radiation that is invisible to a standard geiger counter). In addition they have the neutron bombs, (that can kill people and leave the buildings intact) and hydrogen bombs. Hydrogen bombs are currently the most fearsome and intimidating weapon on earth, capable of causing over 60000 times the damage of a nuclear bomb like the one used on Nagasaki. The Hydrogen bomb is so intimidating that most nations vow never to produce it, though it is really not much harder than producing regular nukes. When we are talking WMD, this is the big Kahuna.

Israel has the capability to take out every major city in Europe. Israel refuses to sign the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) or to allow inspections of its nuclear facilities by International inspectors.

Israel stands in defiance of 69 United Nations Security Council Resolutions. A further 33 resolutions against Israel has not seen the light of day thanks to the United States vetoing power on the Security Council.

Nuclear disarmament must begin with Israel. Until that time, Arab states in the region have an inalienable "right" and "obligation" to develop similar weapons (of mass destruction) to counter this overwhelming threat to their nations and peoples.

Since Israel possess such a large nuclear arsenal, they are able to blackmail the United States into supplying them conventional weapons. They have been known to sell those weapons and technologies to other countries, once they are given to them. The Patriot missile, the Phoenix air-to-air missile, the Lavi fighter, based on the F-16, have all been sold to Beijing. Only direct U.S. intervention prevented Israel from selling Beijing AWACS technology.
