Dead Sea Scrolls Conspiracy: The War Scroll (1QM)

Approximately 20 years ago, the national and international lapdog mainstream media created a veritable tornado-tsunami in a teapot referred to as the ‘Dead Sea Scrolls Scandal’.

And, after it was all over, all that can really be said with any certainty is that the media very dutifully, diligently, and predictably performed one of its principal functions: preserving the multi-billion dollar economic interests of Judaeo-Christianity, Inc.; and the jobs, the wealth, the pensions, the health insurance (and the pride and the power) of the Jewish and Christian religious ‘authorities’; who, as far as I can see, have never worked an honest day of work in their lives.

In other words, the media stopped covering the Dead Sea Scrolls Scandal at precisely that point where the economic interests of Judaeo-Christianity, Inc. began to be threatened.

Thus, not at all surprisingly, the Dead Sea Scrolls are now universally regarded as being nothing more than a dead letter; nothing more than another group of ancient documents that have been completely ‘understood’ by the Jewish and Christian religious ‘authorities’ as being not in any way important, not in any way a threat to either mainstream Jewish or Christian theology.

Translation: Go back to sleep. There’s nothing here of any importance.

In other words, after having been hidden some 2,000 years ago in order to prevent them from being destroyed by the reigning Jewish religious establishment of the time, the Dead Sea Scrolls have now, for all practical purposes, been re-buried under an avalanche of disinterpretation and trivialization by precisely the same kind of people who, 2,000 years ago, would have destroyed them in the first place.

And nowhere is this more in evidence than with regards to the Thanksgiving Hymns (1QH) and the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light (1QM), both of which were among the first Dead Sea Scrolls discovered in 1947 (as well as many of the documents found in Qumran Cave 4 in the early 1950s and not completely released until the early 1990s).

In other words, the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light cannot be understood at all from within the framework of either Jewish or Christian theology (despite certain quite obvious parallels with the Revelation of John); the clearest evidence for which can be found in the description of the Three Phases of the War of the Sons of Light:

“In three lots shall the sons of light brace themselves in battle to strike down iniquity, and in three lots shall Satan’s host gird itself to thrust back the company [of God. And, when the hearts of the detach]ments of foot-soldiers faint, then shall the might of God fortify [the hearts of the sons of light]. And, with the seventh lot, the mighty hand of God shall bring down [the army of Satan and all] the angels of his kingdom, and all the members [of his company in everlasting destruction]…”

To begin with, anyone who has even a minimal understanding of warfare, or who has completed an even cursory study of the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light, should immediately understand that it is not, in any way, a realistic description of any warfare conducted in the space-time reality; but, in fact, almost a caricature of such warfare. In other words, it should be understood as, instead, a metaphorical description of the conflict between Good and Evil—or, in more modern terminology, the consciousness Created by God and the ‘fallen’ consciousness.

Thus, if the Three Phases of the War of the Sons of Light are to be understood as a metaphor, to what, precisely, does such a metaphor refer?

And, not surprisingly, neither the Jewish nor the Christian religious ‘authorities’ have any explanation whatsoever for this metaphor…

For precisely the same reason that they are incapable of explaining the terminology of the Thanksgiving Hymns: they have no Knowledge of and, thus, cannot recognize the ‘code words’ of the Revelation of Truth.

With regards to the above quotation of the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light, the terms that immediately jump out are “the seventh lot”, “when the hearts of the detachments of foot-soldiers faint”, and “the might of God will fortify the hearts of the sons of light.”

Briefly, the term “seventh lot” is a ‘code word’ for the Vision of the “Son of man”, which is the Third Phase of the War of the Sons of Light; the ‘hearts…faint’ is descriptive of the consciousness prior to the receiving of the Revelation of the “resurrection”, and “God will fortify the hearts of the sons of light pertains to the Revelation of the “resurrection” itself.

Thus, the Third Phase of the War of the Sons of Light (which, however, occurs prior to the Second Phase of the War of the Sons of Light by means of a time-reversal) is the Vision of the “Son of man” and the Second Phase of the War of the Sons of Light is the Revelation of the “resurrection”…

In which case, the First Phase of the War of the Sons of Light is the Revelation of the Law.

Thus, the current conspiracy with regards to the Scroll of the War of the Sons of Light is a conspiracy of silence…

A conspiracy engaged in by both the religious ‘authorities’ and a universally compliant media to prevent the widespread realization of precisely how clueless the Jewish and Christian religious ‘authorities’ really are.
