Muslims to burn US flags in protest of Koran burnings

The only thing I see wrong with burning the Koran is that it MAY potentially put US soldiers at risk. But besides that I don't care too much, honestly. Let him. Freedom of speech. It's not illegal and he has every right to. Is it morally wrong? I don't know.

And this bit about the radical muslims burning US flags... they've BEEN doing that!! To me, it's not so shocking because I already know they hate the West. Do YOU know that? You should. They do inflammatory acts against the US and the west all the time, burning effigies, US flags, shouting "death to the west" but Oh No! Gasp. A FL preachers gonna have a Koran bon fire. Let's all lose our minds!

Don't think they wouldn't burn the Torah or the Bible... they would gladly do so. Anyway, I'm sure if you dig around a bit, you can find that people have already partaken in the act of burning korans.

At the end of the day, it's just a book. Better to burn that than something else, you know...

They are at fault....if they did not react in the way they have in several similar situations (insulting their religion) then this worry of violence as a means of retaliation would have no basis.

I agree this guy is dumb but you people seriously need to wake up. I'm speaking from someone who knows many Muslims and is engaged to one. These people are not your friends and they do not consider you their equals. They are taught this crap from birth. So sick of this "it's a big conspiracy to hate Muslims" bull crap. It's like no matter what they do, no matter how many acts are committed, all you say is oh it was just a person and the religion was not the cause. Just curious but where is your outrage for those extremists who have been burning the US flag for decades.. or who behead innocent women, children and the elderly for simply disagreeing with them. Or blow up schools so little girls can't learn to read? Where is your OUTRAGE for those things?

but they didnt burn it in front of billions watching the news and the pictures

The whole thing is a joke. Several people burned the koran yesterday, some even stood in front of the WH and tore pages from the koran. Where is the msm coverage? Where is the outrage from the animals in the middle east? Where is the speechs of condemnation from our own traitorous government? Seems they (the msm) stirred up a hornets nest and then failed to deliver the news. Did the governement get to them, because they have proven time and time again they (the media) don't have a conscience? Does this mean we are seeing wholesale censorship? Wouldn't surprise me.......

Very interesting thought here. Frankly it wouldn't surprise me either, but oddly I'm not sure how I feel about it.
I detest the idea of censorship, but I also hate the idea of major networks giving air time to hate mongers.
