The rubber band gun my dad made for me as a kid! The cats love it when I shoot rubber bands around the room for them to chase.

Colt M1911 is my personal favorite.

Although a close second would be the Beretta 92.

As far as gun stories go... I don't have any. And if I did I'd still say that I didn't have any.

Well a favorite pistol can differ on the situation you have it for i assume.
The pistol that has the most of my respects is my Glock 17.

However i do enjoy a .38 Snub Nose for the concealability.

My favorite pistol is a Colt 1911 Lightweight Commander.
Most often carried is a Taurus PT 145 which is even lighter in a 10 shot configuration.
But I'd rather shoot the 1911 (BTW these are all .45ACP)

I don't really like pistols,I prefer revolvers.
With a revolver,you don't leave any brass
lying around.

Colt .45 1911

Also, the Browning Buck Mark: a very reliable & accurate .22 that you can shoot all day very inexpensively.

It is hard to narrow down to my favorite pistol. It might be easier to say which is my least favorite since I like most pistols in general. But I will give it a shot
.

I am a big fan of the Bersa Thunder .380. It is compact in size and very reliable. My wife was hooked the first time she shot one. It is now her daily carry gun.

I am also a big fan of the Glock 22 .40s&w. This is what I use for my carry gun and has served me well.

For .22 pistols I like the Buckmarks and the Beretta Neos. Both are reliable guns that are a blast to shoot.

My favorite pistol is the one that goes "BOOM!" when I pull the trigger. Its whatever is in my hands when I need a pistol most to protect my loved ones from harm. Its a big plus If the pistol says ".45 ACP" on the side.

BTW, these guidelines help:

1) Never bring a knife to a gunfight
2) Never bring a pistol to a rifle fight
3) If you're gonna throw a rock, you might as well throw a big one

Springfield Operator 1911 "45 ACP" is what I love and want but a S&W 5" .357 is my fav by far for stopping power and reliability. Nothings more reliable than a revolver.

Just never remove the clip and the grip at the same time on that Bersa or the darn trigger catch will dis-engage. When she fires a couple clips does dhe ever have the slide cut her nuckel at the base of her thumb?

Damn thing always does that to me.
