I wonder what is so immoral about sex, be it in bedroom or through webcam? Sex is perfectly natural thing and more evil has spawned from denying this than allowing it.

I think the OP is a 15 year old who just wants an excuse to talk about sex. Not playing!

As for your question - ever hear of a concept called "supply and demand"?

There are times wherein I'll lay out a critique of a few telescreen themes which intertwine within a few series of programs. Occasionally I will quote from them. For my efforts, I will be reprimanded thus: you must watch A LOT of TV.

No sir. I remember it in a meaningful context.

I wish I knew what sort of reproach you used here. To me it sounds like something a google employee would say.

I never watched a webcam. I know all about it. It's easy. All you have to do is use the brain.

PS... Yes i know there are guys that do this too but it is like 95% women which is why i'm directing this at them

Where did you get your figures?

I think you meant it the other way around. Its mostly men. Men ARE perverts. Women are too, but they dont go around advertising it like men do.

Check out chatroulette, you'll see its mostly guys sitting in front of their webcams masturbating.

Funny thing is I know many women who go on there with their girlfriends and just laugh at how ridiculous these people are

They key to being a successful attention whore on the internet.

You don't even have to get naked, get on youtube, find a niche, whether it be you exposing cleavage, dressing up as anime chrs, claiming to to enjoy some nerdy pass time, or just be somewhat attractive, talk to the camera like its not some disgustoid nerd you can't stand....

give it a few weeks, get subs, become an ebeggar.

ps: it helps being a female. but don't let that stop ya

pps: be fair warned you will have stalkers, and they will do compilation, remixes, and photoshops of you along with parodies, but this is the attention you seek yes?

Whores have been around since the dawn of recorded history, and likely before it. Nothing new here, just a new medium to whore on. Think of it in a positive light, you can't catch the clap through the internet.

I think it would be extremely naive to think that a large percentage of women are stripping on web cam. It basically boils down to the fact that they can make money doing nothing other than getting naked at home, much more than flipping a burger at mcdonald's.

If you had no discernible talents, no education and no drive, what would stop you from being an e-whore? I just hope that they don't have internet-savvy fathers.

The real question you should ask is: is the internet turning males into nutless, fat, sad dipwits? Back in the day, a man would be motivated to get in shape and do something with his life just to see a set of boobs (and that's not insulting you ladies, that is what has driven civilization since the caves). Now he can eat taco bell, play xbox 360 and weigh 500 lbs, and STILL SEE BOOBS! Sure there is no substitute for a real woman, but for those spineless guys who would never even have the guts to pay for a hooker (not that that's a bad thing), now they can avoid personal growth and hygiene and rub one out on the net.

OK, those of you that were on board with me will probably jump ship now.

So, our sons see us having what?

I mean really? I wouldn't get any particular turn on from seeing my parent's having sex, but I'm glad they are doing it. I hope they keep doing it, and they keep enjoying it. My 4 year old and 2 year old have probably seen to much, and we try to take precautions to keep them out, but I hope they grow up with a healthy curiousity and an intelligent, open-mind about the whole subject. Hopefully they won't view it as some taboo subject that people should avoid and frown or scoff at.

If my 4 year old becomes a 12 year old and he happens across a sex video of his mother and me together, or a sex video of his mother and me not together on spring break in years past. Either way, I won't care. It will affect him one of two ways. Either he will be entirely grossed out and quit looking at porn, or he will say his parents are pretty cool and he hopes to meet a woman and have a good relationship like ours. Either way is a win in child-rearing.

In my opinion, it all comes down to intelligence and rationality, and confidence in one's self, and in good relationships and honesty with your partner and your kids, and understanding our biological nature compared to our restrictive society.

hey, let be me a smart ass and say that sex is healthy

come on, thats not the point here, I didnt say that sex is bad for you

but, lets say you put a video of you having sex with your girlfriend online right now;

if somebody finds out, detects you, then people around you will find out, then your city will find you, you may be recognized on the streets, and you will probably be bashed for it, especially the woman ... she would be known as "slut"

imagine if you have children, they would be bashed at school for having "pornstars" parents and things like that

you would be treated worse than a pornstar, in our society, since they are doing a job, you are just providing for free

so, my whole problem is that society will view you in a different way, you may have difficulties having jobs, finding friends ...

to prove my point, all the girls nowadays that do these type of thing in the webcam, end up with huge mental problems, since they are bashed at school, they need to change city, change name, and it may never go away

(not saying the ones that charge for it, since they do it and they know the consequences!!)

so, if you want to post videos of you having sex, no problem, but our society doesnt face that like a normal thing, and I dont think it ever will ...

yes, sex is normal, but to let it be public, thats something very different

if you want to do it, go ahead man, I am not against it, but I am just letting you know that society doesnt accept it the way you wanted to

Also, its probably safer for them to have virtual sex than be hooking up with random strangers and all the issues that come with that.

Hmmm..... but there are tons of sites offering that too.... F'book (similar to facebook except you have to pay). AFF (I'm sure you've heard of it). to name just a few...

But yeh i agree it is safe sex!!

Why not?

If my 4 year old son asks why he got a new bike, he doesn't need details, I'll just tell him because I love him.

If my 12 year old son asks why he got a new bike, he doesn't need details, I'll just tell him because I love his mother so much.

If my 16 year old son asks why he got a new car, he doesn't need details, I'll just tell him because his mother still looks as good as she did when he was a 4 year old!!

So you wouldn't tell them EXACTLY what you've been upto? This could potentially be pretty dangerous as when/if the truth came out at school or whatever your children would get pretty embarassed by it and not want to go to school. In fact these sites are so easy to gain access to, it could so easily be a 13, 14 or 15 year old watching you...

100% spot on!

I know a girl who is considering, because she lost her job, and the avg beginner @ webcam can make $2000/mo. That's damn decent for starting. The girls who have a lot of clients and are popular can make anything from $500-$5000 a NIGHT. Their clients often by stuff for them to wear, so they can see them wear it, and crazy stuff like that. Heck, even new beds or cars if they wanna see her in a new car.

I'll helped her research this stuff, and to be honest, I see NO shame in this what-so-ever. You don't even need to get naked or have/simulate sex for some clients! They just wanna see you roll around in cake in a bathing suit or something weird like that. And if they pay out, then that's what counts!

Webcams= 90% Men 5% Women and 5% Pedophile
(On second thought, the pedophiles might take up 20% more of the men)

I digress. Morality, hardly a word that defines anyone anymore. People are addicted to sex, or anything that gives pleasure rather.

Things will never change. No matter what laws, preventions, ect. are put in place, people want to feel good.

If murdering 100 people gave one the feeling of 100 orgasms, we'd have nothing but serial killers in the midst of our society.

Its unfortunate, but thats the way the cookie crumbles.

You make some good points.... only thing i can say is that there is a downside to your accessibility and that is you are feeding the addict!!

I'm not saying Cybersex is wrong in any way, i'm saying that it can become an addiction and cause one to have a big bill at the end of the Month!

Ok, i laugh but it's not funny.

You are correct about society being fickle and adolescent and run by the squeekiest wheels. Someone would find it, the news would spread, and pretty soon it would be the only thing anybody that didn't know me or my wife or kids wanted to talk about. That is a sign of weakness in those morons that get so giddy about the mere thought of sex.

As for me, my wife, kids, family, and close friends, it would be a non-issue. Everyone in my inner circle is grounded, confident, and already fully aware of my perversions!
Half the people that come to my house to barbeque and swim don't bring any suits, and the other half announce their presence from a distance, LOL!

My kids are very young, so it is hard for me to say they could handle the pressure. I can say for certain that when I was in Middle School and High School, it would not have phased me one bit. I played football, wrestled, was on Math League, and sang in the Choir! I was confident and well-rounded and well-respected by teachers and peers. I was also pretty dam tough. Almost everyone knew me, and most would not have said anything, of those that had the thought to say something, it would have either been funny, or not. If it was funny, fine. If it was not funny, they would have gotten a beating either intellectually or physically whichever was more entertaining at the time! I think my kids will be raised in a similar fashion, and they will have the intelligence, fortitude, and confidence to not be affected by some moron that wants to make a big deal out of nothing. If not, then I have failed as a parent, and it has nothing to do with the sex tapes. It would have everything to do with raising my kids to be timid or attention-seekers, or having them in the wrong school.

No, I didn't say I "wouldn't" tell them. I said they didn't need to know details. If they ask for details, they will get them. By the time they are old enough to be curious about my wife and I's sex habits, they will already have a pretty good idea anyway.

My mother made the mistake of asking me for details when I was a teenager, and I told her, and she made sure to never ask again! I thought it would be funny to return the favor and ask her details, and it wasn't funny at all, because she told me matter-of-factly as well! Go Dad!

Anyway, look at it this way. What if I go into a sex store to buy some new stuff, and I run into my kids 2nd grade teacher. Who should be more embarrassed? Me? or Her? I say nobody, because it is funny, and we now have a great story to share, and I'm happy we are both getting our jollies in whatever way we like them!
What if I am online looking at webcams and I see the same teacher? Same scenario! Is it me that is wrong for paying to see a naked chick in her own bedroom, or is it her that is wrong for being naked in her own bedroom? Or is it just a non-event?

Well I knew a girl who was sexually abused who turned out to be very promiscuous in her life. As far as I know she had been only abused once, and she was only about 7 years old. Ruined her life. She became a stripper, and hooked up with all different sorts of guys, I felt really bad for her. I was abused, and it made me promiscuous back in my late teens and early 20s, and I am a guy so I guess that is no excuse.

You have to remember the webcam experience is a voyeuristic one, and while money seems to be the prime motivator here, it is the fact being watched, being invaded, maybe something they were used to growing up. Maybe being spied on by a family member...just a thought!

I think that is a weak cause and effect relationship. Every male that I know was promiscuous in their teens and early 20's, and the ones that were not, still wanted to be.

As for girls, I dated a girl for awhile that was sexually molested as a child, and she barely allowed hand holding! She was the opposite of promiscuous, and she didn't start having sex until her wedding night, and after that it was rare.

On the other hand, I know some very promiscuous girls that are just fun-loving and don't have a care in the world, still have their same, married, biological parents, have good careers and college educations, and they see sex as something fun to do.

I also know girls that were sexually molested that do exactly as you have said. They begin to see sex as the only means to get attention from men, or get ahead in their lives, and they don't know how to have healthy relationships with anybody. They struggle to even make friends, because without sex to use as a manipulator, they don't know how to be a friend, employee, student, or mate. I think this is related to the abuse, but it is probably more related to the abandonment and psychological abuse that accompanied a bad childhood. The molestation is only a part of a bigger picture.

you are right, its really not cut and dry, but I do believe people who have been abused like myself, suffer the most out of all this. Where the example you gave of a girl who "just likes to have fun" can still go on and be successful in what she does. Her recreation doesn't serve to disrupt her life in anyway. I feel those who have been abused, tend to drag themselves down in the worst way. I may just be speaking about sex addiction, which is a whole other topic, but I'm sure you are getting what I am saying.
