I think that students committing greater crimes, like wagging school, or not doing their home work, should suffer amputation.

Ultimately students who fail their exams could be decapatated... it would save all that expense later on, in jails and police enforcement.

Outstanding idea. I'm not sure if its do-able in its original form (i.e. amputations, decapitations). Maybe we could substitute something else for the bodily severances. However, it should be as obvious and visible as the aforementioned cuts.

Removing one's ability to reproduce if they can't pass their 8th grade proficiency tests by the time they're in the 12th grade might also be an idea worth considering...

I am encouraged at the creative geniuses here on ATS.

I have been working at the cutting edge of human transplant recently and am about to unveil my latest social invention guarenteed to improve the quality of our citizens.

Young male children will, in the near future, have their penises removed and replaced with a universal hose clip. Children will then have the ability to urinate as normal, and update their tackle to the correct size for their age group.

Upon satisfactorily passing their school exams, and the compulsary Parenting course, they will have new artificially grown penisis reattached and they will be allowed to breed.

The benefits of this are substantial...

1 A great incentive and ability to focus on their school work - as other options will e severly limited

2 Teenage pregnancy will e reduced to Zero

3 Students will have a tremedous incentive to continue their education to a worthy level.

4 Stupid students will be removed from the gene pool

5 The British will gain bigger tackle than they have at present.

Maybe the penises could have a limited lifespan or even become impotent after the birth of a child. The person would then have to prove his parenting skills are of a high enough standard to allow him futher use of his penis.

If that had been on force in the 80's I wouldn't have had to put up with KayEm's deranged kids. KayEm would have easily passed the test but the neanderthal she shacked up with wouldn't have even been able to pass a kindergarten spelling test ... it would have been the 'pair of bricks' op for him

removal of penises? that would be contrary to your goals as long as you put the contraceptives in the water supply. It would simply allow people who would go around frockin each other to focus in on studying, therefore not removing laziness and apathy from your precious gene pool.

When i first read this thread title, i thought it was a joke, can't believe this actually happened

Sounds as if its more acceptable over there than here in my opinion. If it had happened here you would never here the end of it and there would be a storm kicking off.

This could lead the boy scared of his teacher, surely thats a bad thing and could lead to the teacher having a very powerful hold over the boy.

I think its rather unhealthy to have such a relationship between student teacher
