Condolences to an old man...

septuagenarian

There is a very old man on our boards...one we all are incredibly lucky to have encountered.

Yeah...he is old...but does that mean his threads and posts are any less relevant?

I would deign to say, "Nah."

If ever there was an ATS'er who understood that information is not knowledge, this human embodies it.

Now...I implore everyone who reads this to wish an old man a Happy Birthday...in fact, I implore you to provide non sequiter links and thoughts for his amusement...(he's senile so don't worry about any relevant feedback...
...)

In short...a huge Happy Birthday to the one and only (until human cloning is perfected) Schrodingers Dog!!!

On a personal note, my friend, Happy Birthday. May the years showcase your wisdom for others to benefit. I am proud to know you...true story.

Now...with the drinks!!

Happy Birthday, SD! As for being old, bah. I know I have a few years on you. In the spirit of unity and celebration, I suggest you join me in inviting that impudent youth MemoryShock to perform an anatomically improbable act.

Happy birthday Bud.

I've really come to like you and your contributions here on ATS/BTS. You make me laugh with some posts and think with others. Getting me to think is not always an easy task.

Happy Birthday SDog. One of the best things about ATS is sometimes I still get to be the youngest in a room or discussion.

Thanks for for doing your part to keep it fun and informative.

Mmm ... my attempts to get through my birthday this year indognito, thanks to my pendulumophobic (tm pending) friend MemShock, seem to have failed miserably.

The upshot?

Knowing how blessed I am to have such friends, both on this thread and across this grand community we call ATS.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind words, I really do.

Hopefully by next year, Shock's challenged cadence will be rectified and we shall all dance to Zorba and break virtual plates.

Till then ... Nunc Est Bibendum!!!

Thanks Guys!
