There are a lot of very good points that were made in here by a number of people.

If I may, I'd like to add support to some of those comments and add to them, gleaned from my own research and experience.

The aliens you are dealing with are somehow getting into your home. You need to analyze all points of entry, change locks, get locks that can only be opened from the inside, etc.

Secondly, you need to have all your windows, sliding glass doors, etc., covered at dusk with a thick curtain or thick shade.

They will not enter your residence unless they know you are either paralyzed or knocked out. My guess is that they are getting to you via an uncovered window in your bedroom and hitting you with a paralysis beam. Avoid the intense white or sky blue beams and avoid becoming paralyzed and/or unconscious.

The video camera idea, although a very good one, can easily be deactivated through electromagnetic pulse (EMP) technology. They have been known to use an EMP to cause car and plane engines to stall and to disrupt sophisticated computers -- like those in intercontinental ballistic missile silos.

The idea to have traps and devices installed in your home that are not electrically based is very smart. Aim to have defenses that have to be overcome with brute force and not technology.

Keep in mind also that they can pick locks as easily as any Terran locksmith.

Getting a dog is also a smart move. An even better one is getting two medium-sized hounds. The small ones may make good alarms, but if they are paralyzed, it won't make any difference. I know from an encounter that almost got me (it occurred in the same house I happened to be in at the time) that small dogs that usually bark a lot, tend to become spooked and don’t bark when they witness a paralysis beam. The larger dogs offer a greater deterrent to anyone entering a home. I'm not saying you should get Dobermans or German Shepherds, but a couple of Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, or short-haired Weimaraners would provide an excellent defense.

The suggestion about praying and using one's faith in "God" (however you interpret Him or It to be), is also a good one. Why? The aliens are mechanistic in their thinking. They do not understand psychic phenomenon and telekinesis -- all of which are Spirit generated. If you sincerely prayed daily for help from the angels, God, whatever, you might find that you get just enough help from the other side to frighten the little grey guys into canceling an abduction.

Remember: the Greys are terrified of true telekinetic ability and psychic phenomenon because they cannot duplicate it with their advanced machines.

They are as afraid, if not more so, of what "goes bump in the night" as we are.

I hope these suggestions help all the abductees here.

too be honest I am skeptical of the existance of demons or God...it comes down to evidence again. I grew up in a religious home paranoid of demons..I never met one yet. I guess what i am trying to say is my one standard I will not compromise on is the requirment of evidence to beleive in something..really its the one thing that keeps mental people like me from going off the deep end, castrating myself, and joining some crazy suicide cult. you know what I mean?

I don't have any experience with it myself, although I have read that when they look into your eyes from a very close distance they do a form of page flipping. They're able to scroll through your memories.

I don't want to give you any firm advice, because I could be completely wrong about everything. That's not going to stop me from trying to help though. I'm a reformed ginea pig, you see

I wasn't able to deal with fear very well in the past. I think that some of my own experiences helped me to deal fears and phobias associated with almost anything. What I do is thrive on the fear. Normally you try to escape fear like you're pushing against two walls closing in on you. I imagine that the fear is actually a form of electrical energy and it's actually charging me like a battery. After I am charged the fear is gone.

i'm pretty out of my element here -- i gave you all the suggestions i could think of for getting evidence, etc., and can't think of anything else -- but i really suggest that you start writing the details of your experiences down somewhere and then signing and dating your records.

why? i think the whole "i want to hear from someone else some details that they could only know if they had the same experience" idea is a good one -- if you hear something like that from someone then you'll have some decent confirmation of your own experiences. But, think of the other guy -- won't he want to know that you're not just saying "yeah, that's what i experienced too"? you don't have to post your records online or share them, but i still think it'd be a good idea to start making some notes now; even if you don't need them, they might help someone else and might help make your case stronger when you do meet someone with similar experiences.

I doubt though I would find anyone with the same details..every account I have read about so far contradicts my own, I went thru my UFO book stage about 5 years ago, Bud Hopkins, Strieber ect. so far I have never read any account that was the same as mine causeing me to intellectually doubt my expereince is true...emotionally it feels so real, on an emotional level I beleive it is true..
I rememeber the first time it happened, I woke up screaming, crying. I didnt have the sci-fi abduction vocabulary, So I told my parents what happened in the context of demons, ghosts, spirits...they called my pastor and elders over to pray a "hedge of thorns" around me to cast the demons out. For a 14 year old kid thinking I was demon possessed, it had quite the paranoid phycological effect on me... I became very paranoid about demons until about 7 years ago when I decided to throw away my superstitous beliefs and leave the church for good ..yet the abductions continue.

This concept is easier to comprehend when you consider that all people, be they spiritually focused or spiritually indifferent/evil, all wind up in the discarnate dimensions after they die.

"Birds of a feather flock together."

Those who value power for its own sake and who are apathetic to living by The Golden Rule, are drawn together in the Spirit. They combine their energies into Group Entities in order to get more power to work with.

These are what constitute the discarnate demonic forces.

Demonic forces work through and around spiritually indifferent people in the flesh.

They serve to distort the truth and degrade those that promote it.

However, their evil is always short-lived, for as they lessen away from the Light, they eventually cancel their souls (which are a form of energy) into nonexistence from completely embracing darkness.

This is why evil forces have never been totally successful in taking over. They destroy themselves constantly in the Spirit.

The well-known television psychic and author, Sylvia Browne, once said that only thirty percent of those in the Spirit are "devoted to the Light." This means that seventy percent are spiritually indifferent and self-serving.

In my experience as a spiritual medium in counseling people that have suffered from discarnate demonic attack, her percentages are probably understating it. *L*

Unfortunately, most people are on the path of self-destruction and most people need some "fire and brimstone," some "fear of God," in order to live moral lives.

The more mature souls do not need "fire and brimstone" and a "fear of God" in order to strive to live by The Golden Rule.

You better believe that the aliens that have been abducting you and others have a horrendous price to pay after they leave their bodies. They must face up to their crimes of using people as laboratory animals, slaves, for breeding, experimentation, etc. If they do not own up to it and strive to overcome those karmic debts, they will face spiritual extinction -- which is what usually happens.

Traditional biblical concepts like "damnation" and "losing one's soul" are all references to this cosmic principle. No soul can live forever without the Light of God or The God Force. You're Christian fundamentalist parents may be a little paranoid, but they are not completely off the mark or bonkers in all of their metaphysical understanding -- as there really are evil forces.

"The meek shall inherit the Earth" is another biblical reference to this cosmic principle. It means that all those who are not destroyed in the Spirit have the opportunity to reincarnate and "inherit" the planet.

how so funny, I am watching the black tinted car driving slowly past my house again, the same as a few days ago. My PC is next to my front window, my house is about 50 yards from the road, we have about a half dozen houses for sale on my street, so its got to be business men, or realtors. but they totally fit the stereotype MIB...black tinted windows.I am too far away today to see who is inside but..the other day it was two cars, two men in suits ( cant see in window of the back seats) in the front seats with sunglasses. I was mowing my yard next to the road and they drive sloowly past looking at me or in my direction.

Though I am not narcoleptic, I have epilepsy and was recently diagnosed with bipolar mood disorder. I was foolish. I shared my experience with my counselor. I thought I could trust her. But she just sent me to a “specialist” who diagnosed me with the mood disorder and thinks my experiences are “delusional episodes.” I know the Doctors are merely trying to explain what they cannot scientifically prove—as if an experience or memory can be scientifically proven. I must find evidence to correct my medical history.

I concealed a micro camera in a locket I wore to bed, but they confiscated it before I was returned last time. Regardless, your account is so similar to my own in many ways. I too stay aware during my abduction. I let them have their way with me so I can keep a pinprick of awareness at the back of my mind. Have you seen the large white crisscross patterns on the walls of the waiting room? Have you noticed the paired triangular air ducts on each side of the room? Next time they come, beat the crap out of them and as they plead for life ask them wtf they are doing and wtf is going on. If they don't answer, kill them save their bodys. Somehow throw their bodies into the middle of a live television broadcast (like sneak in or something)

Anyway yeah If I was about to be abducted I would try to at least kick some but or die trying, seriously. Most people would be scared stiff to see an alien but not me I know they exist and abduct randomly (But I live an area surrounded by houses, nowhere to land, and the noise from my fight would wake everyone up hehe)

Well theres 3 possibilities

1. Your being abducted

2. Your not

3. You were abducted previously and are re-living it at night

4. Sometimes are are abducted, and sometimes you are just re-living it cause it seems to real

If you are being abducted (option #1/4) and they are using super technology on you then ok u cannot move and are paralized, can you TALK? If you can talk, talk to the aliens (Yes they do understand english) say things like "hows it going tonight?" or "if your gonna do this to me can ya throw in a chilli dog?" or "I swear if you do this one more time I will make it my personal goal to kill every one of you, this is pissing me off!" or "you know we're smarter than we seem, wouldn't fricking hurt to let us know whats going on"

If its options 2/3 it means your mind is weak and its all illusions (sry thats ur problem =/)

can i please make a suggestion:

i have dealt with the creatures you describe and i did manage to keep them away from me. I have not been abducted although i came face to face with one of them. Do not look them in the eyes, this i guess is to much for us to handle still, i felt quite weakened when i was staring him in the eyes, probably becouse the whole phreaking phenomenon is to unbelivable you simply drop your guard. And thats when they can take you, if you go on your own free will. And i clearly remember i was fighting him off with my thaughts only as i was completely paralized. Praying, mantras, thinking about your loved ones, anything positive will do the trick. Dont let them overwhelm you!

Another thing, after my close encounter, they started invading my dreams, i was constantly being chased by them, only they could take on a form of anything, a shark, monsters, robots, you name it....and i kept running away in my dreams with the familiar feeling of being chased. Untill i was strong enough to once stop in my tracks, turn around and scream really angrily at them to leave me the hell alone. In that dream i was chased by sharks and when i screamed they turned into little familiar greys and i saw those pathetic little soulless dolls for what they are, damn parasites!

meditation (pranayama) will help build up your energy, fight them always they try to abduct you. They will feed on your negative emotions, or at least they will use it as a weakness to get under your skin. Do not show them any weaknesses!
