Blair almost had plane shot down

uk.news.yahoo.com

Tony Blair has revealed in his newly published memoirs that he came close to ordering the RAF to shoot down a passenger plane over London.

The former prime minister described how fighter jets were scrambled when the aircraft lost contact with air traffic control as it approached the capital.

"Moments later the plane regained contact. It had been a technical error. I needed to sit down and thank God for that one!"

Yeah I bet he thanked God that they did not have to come up with a story to explain tha one!

Given I do not like Tony Blair, but sometimes I think we forget what life and death snap decisions they have to deal with.

Anyway thought it was another good snippet from the self promoting Blair book.

Blair's hands are dripping with innocent blood.

Blair was and still is a major puppet in the evil global Cabal.

Blair's memoirs represent one more propaganda exercise to push the faked 'terrorist threat' agenda to get people to accept all their rights and freedoms being stripped away.

Blair lies as easily as he breathes.

One of the few good decisions he made.

I agree though, whilst our politicians don't alway do the right thing by us, there are times when they have some real crappy decisions to make.

Exactly, I cant believe he has the audacity to come out with this book. The BBC keep showing him saying that he would be inhumane if he didn't care about all the loss of life.

I really don't think he gives a monkeys about them personally. What he was a part of is a disgrace.

When did he go to court? When and where was he convicted of being a war criminal?

Under the Terrorism Act 2001, if the authorities lose contact with a plane and a period of 20 minutes radio silence occurs, the plane is shot down. But, it is not common to the post 9/11 world.

During the hijackings in the mid 70s, any hijacked plane making moves towards a highly populated area was to be shot down - if the circumstances prevailed (away from human population, over sea, etc)

This genocidal war criminal is trying to convince us he has a heart?

Do you know what genocide is? Plus, under International Law, nothing he did warrants a war crime investigation.

If only bush and co. were thinking the same thing on 9/11. We might not have a friggin mosque being built in New York. Thanks to Obama and co.
Before anyone tries to jump me for being a biggot I have no problem with Muslims only with the crazy "Kill infidels for Allah" type.

At the risk of being flamed I really liked Blair. I knew about this before I read about in this thread, I think it was in a book I just can’t remember which one. Anyway.

I noticed somebody saying something about how under the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 that a plane can be shoot down, I would like to see a link to confirm that because I have never heard about it before. I have however heard that there is security procedure in place that sates if a plane is out of radio contact and is approaching the capital or any popular land mark or populated area it can be intercepted.

In hindsight he made the right decision however in his own words, after 9/11 the world changed, the calculus of risk changed and we can’t afforded to take chances when it comes to national security. Therefore if this plane had been under the control of terrorists and was heading towards a populated area, I would support using the RAF to shoot it down.

Yes, this man has committed crimes against international law and is a war criminal. How many hundreds and thousands died due to the UN imposed sanctions which were primarily backed by the US and Britain?

Genocide is usually defined as:

- systematic killing of a racial or cultural group

Up to 1.5 MILLION people are said to have died due to these sanctions supported and pushed for by the Blair government. By bocking things like medicine and food, especially for infants, you are SYSTEMATICALLY sentencing a people, a culture, and a nation, to death.

What about war crimes? If you think that there is no case for Blair being a war criminal, then you haven't done your research.

- What about the uncalled for, unjustified, 78 day blitz against Serbia in 1999 which systematically destroyed many public facilities, killed thousands of people and poisoned a generation of children?

We can go on and on about further war crimes which defy the Geneva Convention and many other international guidelines if you wish.

This man is a genocidal war criminal.

Blair and Bush plotted to shoot down a plane over Iraq painted in Un colors and claim Saddam did it. Bush and his brain Cheney were itching to invade at any cost, including plotting 9-11 with mass murder and treason, and Blair has a soul every bit as dark as the worst on earth. When Cheney's black heart finally is beyond the control of the doctors, and demons arrive to escort him to the infernal realms, no doubt he will ask for a reserved seat for Blair and his cronies, all guilty as hell.

From Dr. Kelly to Towers exploding into powder, the cabal exists because the common man cannot conceive of how evil can operate so openly and obviously, and so ignore the evidence and believe the media that assuages them the most. We are doomed.
