Oh well, I guess the unions want you to allow unions in YOUR business, but when they hire workers or have office staff they say HELL NO! Unions Must Go!

Hell no, Unions Must Go!

Hell no, Unions Must Go!

Hell no, Unions Must Go!

Hell no, Unions Must Go!

Hell no, Unions Must Go!

This is standard fare for unions and the liberal progressives.

They want your company to unionize so they can destroy it, but when do it, it is supposedly all right.

They use Non Union workers to picket so the Union Leaders can get those union dues.

I just have to say-

[size=50]WOW!

When unions were at their strongest, so was the middle class. But don't let that little nugget get in your way.

I know that Unions have been, and have currupt aspects about them. I also speek biasly because I was given a decent upbringing because I had a father who was and is in a strong labor union.

To the small guy, average worker there would be little doubt what salary you would pic $15 and hour and little benefits and the ones you do get come out of your check. or $27 and hour and another $9 an hour towards benefits. I am just giving one example of a labor Union that my family is apart of.

I know they do things that are not totally right, I at one time wanted to get in to the union and was told to work for a small outfit of non union workers and spy on them and report back to the union hall. I turned down that opportunity.

Unions do bring in a good living wage, and while I am a conservative, when I hear the millionare talking heads rant about the Unions I only wish that they would step out of there box into the real world, and decide what they would do if they had to choose wich direction to go. Union-non Union. I know I would want a better wage to support my family.

Sorry, worked amongst union workers and also managed union and non union companies.

Funny how I was able to get the best workers pay raises in the one company and not in the other company. I guess I do not even need to bother telling you which one was which.

Yes, unions originally were a good thing, now they are a sycophantic entity. They do not allow the best workers and best producers to get incentive pay. So why excell.

They have become the socialistic attitude. Why work harder, I am going to get the same pay no matter what anyway, hell look at Bob over there, he has got to be the laziest SOB ever, yet he makes the same as I do-for example.

And DO NOT tell me this does not happen. Been there, saw that.

Funny HOW no one YET has said anything about the tactic.

Hmmm, I guess you approve of this huh? Hypocrites.

The unions are running the White House. I'd say they are still strong.

I believe you on this, like my above post my father has been union worker for over 30 years and the average pay in his zone is $27 an hour after you recieve your journeymans card. My brother is a 3rd year apprentice and will start making the same pay after 4 years as an apprentice.

I have only worked union once but mostly non union. I was in the military and the same kind of attitude is sometimes there, all soldiers get paid the same based on rank, and its salary so they can work you 20 hours or 80 a week and your pay still sucks.

I have worked alot of non Union work for some succesfull companies, and while you read in the reports on how they are making millions in profit you dont see it passed down to the workers slaving away day in and out in the factories.

To the average working man you want to make a good wage to be able to have fun and live a decent life. I no what you are saying though the one job I worked that was Union, paid well for what I was hired for about $18 a hour and it was a joke I think I stood around most of the day, I guess I was doing what the other workers were doing and followed along.

Union workers work hard and are knowledgable, they wont work more than they have too, without compensation, and they dont allow companies to take advantage of them.

So while I understand what you are saying I would rather be Union than not.
