The article mentioned that it did not 'obey commands'.

That wouldnt just be a software glitch? Not responding to a command does not mean it is thinking for itself. And if it did, it seems it could only buzz the tower or crash into people as it was unarmed.

I knwo it has blades, but that would only be good for taking a person or two before it crashed.
