Anyone here know anything about e-commerce

Hello all.

I am wondering if anyone here knows much about e-commerce and specifically the e-fulfillment process

A quick explanation, e-fulfillment works by you selling stock through your web site that someone else buys stores etc. You download a file in cvs / mdb format that contains stock and pricing info that populates your shop and when an order is made you send a custom xml document back to the company for them to process.

Does anyone know any shopping cart software that has this kind of functionality already built in? or that can be easily converted, at the moment I'm looking at Magneto, does anyone have any suggestions?
