No I don't think that is insane. Actually...
I feel the same way after a first emotional response. Which means never longer then up to the moment I fall asleep. I don't know hate or revenge.

I can not even stay angry if I wanted to. Still my logic tells me not to telerate what crosses boundaries because people will walk all over you if you do.

No I haven't tried again as there seems to be no point going there again, as there was no room for me other then experience. I found other methods for self exploration that seem to work for me right now, with lot more control of the direction the exploration will develop. Going back there will be in another place, another time.
