MAJESTIC 12 and THE OMEGA AGENCY are speculative terms used in reference to suspected groups. While these two groups are not actual entities or organisations, the others are and have been publically acknowledged.

The Omega Agency is a freelance "mercenary" type group that works for itself...it is usually either retired military or police officers, normally with specialties in the field...They are essentially just a glorified bounty hunter group. Well at least according to the internet
