"Question your reality" human/animal vaccines

OK I have pets. They need to get vaccines for rabies to be legal. My pets have been neutered and spayed, a vet procedure.

There are human vaccines that are given that sterilize people. They are not told. As a pet owner I would opt for such vaccines for my pets to save a surgical procedure. Why are they not available for pets?

These vaccines for certain diseases that also sterilize are only for people?
