It really is a fruitless exercise for a number of reasons:
1. The One-Liner *Rule* isn't really a hard and fast *Rule* as such. Its to
discourage such one-lined responses as "I agree" or "No" or
"yeah what he said".
Its to
encourage people to flesh out their viewpoints a bit more.
That said, there are also one-lined responses that can be quite pertinent indeed...and so those 1-liners tend not to attract any Staff attention or
Warning for it being a 1-liner. Ultimately its one of those calls that are discretionary.
2. Chances are if you're posting 'second line', you're probably actually doing yourself a disservice and might actually be more prone to
attracting any 1-liner.
As essentially posting 'second line' says "I know the 'rules', but meh".
...its almost a bit like that cliche intro to any discussion that goes "I don't mean to offend you, but...." which as we all know is pretty much a
great indication the person is about to offend you...
