This is big.

This senate report shows how israel constructed a VAST effort to distract the US public from their nuclear weapons facility.

It also shows they funneled money into the Atlantic Magazine to prevent a story about Palestinian refugees and much more proving it's not the US that controls israel, but the other way around.

And guess what, this is AIPAC's former organization, probably had to change due to them being found out by the US congress.

No doubt AIPAC does the same.

It also shows which US media outlets took this money to not run stories and run stories instead promoting israel's foreign policy.

Russia sure seems to be doing everything they can to shut up israel, what if China sides with them too?

That calls the US off!

Files declassified in America have revealed covert public relations and lobbying activities of Israel in the U.S. The National Archive made the documents public following a Senate investigation. They suggest Israel has been trying to shape media coverage of issues it regards as important. You can download the files from the web-site of the Institute for Research on Middle Eastern policy. And we can cross to Washington now and talk to Grant F. Smith who is a director at that Institute.

I was thinking the same thing too. It's too bad that this didn't shoot to the top, thus the front page. It sure is deserving to make the front page. This is news that everyone should see, irregardless of whether they ignore it or not. With that being said, I don't think too many people will learn anything new, as I'm sure that everyone - or most - already knew this. It's just that you either support it or you don't.

To capture the mindset of the sheeple, I had showed this video to someone early this morning and they said something to the effect of, "well why isn't it all over CNN? If none of the 'big guys' are reporting it, it probably isn't true." For these kinds of people, it really is hopeless as they completely shut their minds off to it, even before hearing it out.

For the people who actually take a stance on the issue, they already know, as you would have to be blind not to, Again, it boils down to whether you agree with it or not and that is extremely unfortunate. I haven't a clue how anyone can think that such actions are even remotely okay.

Edit to add:

This thread is in a forum that probably doesn't get much attention and so will quickly be forgotten.

Why can't you people not worry about what people are doing, and worry about what they are not doing. Yes, people watch television, text and use facebook. They like sports, too! I do all of the above, and yet still manage to be educated on subjects such as this. Educate yourself, but not to the point you lose any enjoyment of life.

Really what I am trying to say is, IT'S OBVIOUS THE AMERICAN PUBLIC HAS INFINITE DISTRACTIONS, WE DON'T NEED 6 POSTS PER TOPIC WHERE ONE INFORMS READERS OF THIS. Congrats, you watch limited TV and think your information is 100% dead on. Now, get off your high horse and realize you, and all others who post s*** like this, GTFO. Say something meaningful or don't waste the time plz. Opinions are like a$$holes.....

It is Russian propaganda. Since the United States has noticed their relationship with Iran, Russia is more than likely trying to rationalize their nuclear support.

It is more likely they are reacting to this:
U.S.: Israel, Palestinians to resume peace talks

Listen to Grant's statements on the peace talks. If they can create friction between the United State, Israel, and their citizens, Russia can rationalize a means to go to war. Russia is using this tactic to win over public support, so that an attack on Israel can be possible.

Welcome to the start of the next Cold War or World War III.

Hey THEmattyj, sorry if I upset you. While I admit that your point is valid and worth expressing, I was not trying to portray myself as being on a high horse. The point I was making was simply that people would much rather spend their time being entertained than trying to learn more about what is going on in our world.

The embarrassing debacle of our sell-out political leaders and 2008 presidential hopefuls falling over themselves and elbowing each other to the podium of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee meeting held in Washington, DC between March 11th and 13th demonstrated clearly that our leaders put Israel first and America last.

AIPAC becomes foreign agent dominating American foreign policy while disguised as domestic lobby.

In the early 1960s, Senator William J. Fulbright fought to force the American Zionist Council to register as agents of a foreign government. The Council eluded registration by reorganizing as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. AIPAC has since become what Fulbright most feared: a foreign agent dominating American foreign policy while disguised as a domestic lobby.

Israelis and pro-Israelis object when they hear that charge. How, they ask, can we so few wield such influence over so many? Answer: it’s all in the math. And in the single-issue advocacy brought to bear on US policy-making by dozens of ‘domestic’ organizations that now compose the Israel lobby, with AIPAC its most visible force.

But from the Aug. 4 indictment of former AIPAC foreign policy director Steve Rosen and former AIPAC Iran specialist Keith Weissman, it now appears that Rosen has been under FBI surveillance since early 1999. Specifically, the indictment says, Rosen talked on April 13, 1999 with “Foreign Official 1,” an Israeli, disclosing “codeword protected intelligence.”

The CBC was already a Shabbaz Goy haven, but the Zionists couldn’t take any chances that the truth about Palestine come out, so the Bronfmans likely pressured PM Chretien to appoint this Zionist mole as the head of the CBC in 1999.

No newspapers or radio stations pointed out the glaring conflict of interest in having an Isr-el first activist and member of the Canadian Jewish Congress as head of the opinion-shaping national public media.
In Canada, the Israel Lobby - a web of organizations presided over by a handful of Jewish billionaires, who head the nominal "Jewish groups" that together with media that is owned by some of the same billionaires - has shaped Canada's policy to favour Israel's security interests at the expense of Canada's.
