i agree that the moons mass will not change the distribution of mass will. im sure this will have some effects that we don't realize yet.

I'm sure you are right, and TPTB will soon enough get in touch with their scientists and work out a way to blame us, maybe its the heat rising from MMGW pushing the Moon away..

Anyways, they will tax us for it somehow

The moon is chipping away:

history.nasa.gov...

Though it should not the problem even the falling pieces hit heads of the Apollo moon landing believers - "not because they are easy, but because they are hard" [JFK, The Moon Speech].

As many have pointed out its shrinking is due mainly to the core cooling and the moon contracting. It is also, as others have pointed out, moving slowly away from the Earth. This is a gradual process and won't adversely effect us. If it did have any effect on the Earth it would be a gradual one allowing us to easily adapt to the changes.

As many have pointed out the shrinking and other dangerous moon signs are due mainly to the lack of its maintenance. It is also, as others have pointed out, outsourcing of jobs away from USA. Just compare the current state with the glorious mooning times of NASA: lisar.larc.nasa.gov...
