Declassified files from a Senate investigation into Israeli-funded covert public relations and lobbying activity in the United States were released by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) on July 23rd, 2010.

The subpoenaed documents reveal Israel's clandestine programs for "cultivation of editors," the "stimulation and placement of suitable articles in the major consumer magazines" as well as U.S. reporting about sensitive subjects such as Dimona reactor.

The following reports detail how the American Zionist Council used the funding in a sophisticated campaign to cajole and intimidate news media, subvert open debate about Israel and undermine reporting about key issues of the day such as Israel's Dimona nuclear weapons facility, operation Susannah terror attacks on the United States, and the return of Arab refugees to their homes. Pretty hard to report it when there's an operative looking over your shoulder, as the released document clearly shows.

well they you have israel controls the united states, like we didnt already know that but the fact that this is coming out is a step in the right direction well most people hear about this hell no how is a media outlet that is controled going to put out a story saying they are controled, good thing but again the american public will have no freaking clue as to what is going on

Wow, there are many threads exposing this kind of stuff perpetrated by Israel. It is quite disgusting, though just as much our own fault. Sure we can blame the big, bad and evil Israel until our eyes turn blue and pop out but they, just like everyone else, are trying to push forward with their agenda. It is us, the American public, who are allowing them to do this. It is us who has created the conditions susceptible to this kind of manipulation. It is the American people who have essentially fired the guards commissioned to protect our own self interests.

Our founding fathers did most of the dirty work for us to ensure that freedom could prosper, so long as we wanted it. All we really had to do was uphold the protections and heed the warnings they handed down, yet we laughed in their deceased faces and kicked dirt on their efforts, while ignoring the very conditions they worked so hard and sacrificed so much to provide their estranged future generations.

Tyranny and corruption will always exist and if it wasn't Israel, it would be someone else, which is why it is our responsibility to reject it when it shows its ugly head. We have nobody to blame but our own pathetic generation for not only allowing, but basically encouraging our current situation.
