Recent India-US air combat exercise, page

Hi I was surfing this site from quite while & registered yesterday only. This is my first post so please don't pound on me if i write some nonsense.

Today I was reading indian newspaper & I found following

I know,since its indian newspaper, they are going to rite just +ve for india. but I am asking does anyone has access to "US Air Force magazine" where they have discussed this thing?If yes then I would like to get more details. I know Its old news & F15 are quite old as compare to SU -30 or Mig 29.

Does this means that sooner or later US has to replace all of their fighter planes with F-22 Or YF23?
