it's 150x300 and 8.77 kb so it's legal size

i uploaded it to this site and have the full file addy

when i update my settings the avatar link still remains blank

i've seen the tutorials andf seem to be doing everything right....

Well, the file exists. It is actually 200 x 300 pixels. I don't know if that's what is stopping it working.
