Under the regulations published Tuesday, when an unidentified flying object appears or a sighting is reported, officers must register it in the books
of the Aviation Command, which in turn must draw up a document to be sent to the National Archive.

- What grabbed my attention with this article is that there appears to be much more movement and 'trasparency' in regards to UFO'S than we have
ever seen between military and government. One has to wonder why the air force procedures have changed now? what is new in regards to UFO's? do they
envisage that there will be more sightings? do they want to keep closer tabs on the activity so that its easier to control? or do they simply want to
try and obtain more details so that they can make an articulate decision whether or not to disclose more to the general public?
Whatever the reason, things are certaily getting interesting lately.
