As others have posted, you're a level headed guy, gives a lot of credibility.

This is just my opinion, for what it's worth:

1. You're going mad - least likely, symptoms very specific.
2. ET/spiritual - again not likely, it's just not how they work
3. Govt psyops - bingo.

The tech exists, correlates with other's testimony which descibes similar events, the time is set (for now). Your father's involvement in very important. I've heard stories of other military kids who have been reminded of their parents involvement, also something they did not feel important at the time.

WRT having an X. You are actively engaged in the open discussion and dissemination of anti govt information. Moreso, you live within easy reach of any advanced tech they care to use on you, and others like you. Remember, this US GOVT is a nightmare of epic proportions that is now turning against it's own people. CIA has admitted to using this tech on people in cells, where they believe Mohammed told them to tell the interrogators everything. (can't recall the guys name, it's out there)

Here's what i think you should be doing. Takes notes, of anything strange. If you are being targetted there would be other "tells", and this attack will develope in some way.
Keep sane, if you accept that this is an external threat, NOT an internal, it will help you categorise this kind of event better, and allow your mind to develope it's own defenses. And of course, get your heart right with God, and your family etc.

And as much as anything, keep us informed, the only thing they really don't like is exposure.

well I'm very glad to know others have heard cell phones
ringing and radio transmissions so I know I'm not alone.
However, none of them have reported the visual elements
following the audio elements so basically it scared the
$h!+ outta me when it happened.

And yes I am keeping a journal now and will share
experiences as they happen or as close to real time
as I have access to a computer.

I seriously doubt my father played any role in
any of these programs. So I have no idea why the gov
would target me now.

Just doesn't make sense to me.

well I have just been informed by u2u
of another possible explanation.

They recommended that I go see a medical
doctor as I may have had a minor stroke
or a small brain aneurysm which produced the
effects I posted. They said it may be all
medical instead of psy-ops, or et's or
spiritual beings.

They may be right, however I don't have insurance
to go to a doctor and doctor's don't work for free
as I have no money.

I don't qualify for Medicaid and my disability
was denied. So I sit at home and die like
everybody else I'm expendable !!!

Apparently there were 11 Marconi scientists that just disappeared when the company was taken over by Boeing. Raytheon is one of those cutting edge weapon names, similar technology. The Marconi specialists were said to have created/developed the stuff. It may be that they figured they had enough tech material, to simply get rid of them. Maybe they were showing conscience pangs.

I think that God has written God on to their devious programs, and they have little idea how this works. Though the scope of the invention may have grown to embrace all and everything, they still don't know the higher power. I cannot afford to dig in to this. It's a game that we do not have time to pursue, a technology that may be indistinguishable from God, as civilization is unable to admit the tech even exists. All I know is that I don't know. If you were president, the only thing about this that you would be privvy to is the zapruder film, where the President's head explodes, but with no bullets. Maybe they decided to make a run at control based on this tech? Do our elected rulers even understand any of it? If so, how will they react? Most probably, with compliance. Ohh ohh no don't point that at me, I'll do it, yes.... Also, they will attempt to fake 'God'. You can't tell me that the church isn't ripe for this sort of deceptive trick. I think God takes special notice of that tactic. Most of us will attribute any or all natural disasters either to man's 'greed', or to Mother Earth's disgust with it. It's never God. Though we are not evil practicing weapons designers, we cannot stand that concept. Also~It can't be a man made earthquake, or a man made weather system, since that's a tinfoil hat thing. But these guys probably see God, since they know which triggers they pulled and which were pulled by an outside source, even directly against their intended result. They may be our true vatican, having a network that pulls in data from all around, which only they can search for meanings. So...Pity them. I don't think God is giving them the response they were hoping for. They wanted to see 'no God'. Instead, they got, well...

If you show up at an emergency room, even if you owe the hospital a ton of money already, and tell them your concerns they HAVE to stabilize you, by law. Further if you inform them that you don't have money nor insurance they will usually work with you on either a payment structure or just plain take care of your bill in a way that costs you nothing.

With neurological symptoms I would honestly suggest considering this option.

Not saying your father was involved, i'm saying your father (and his young son) were noticed by them. Remember, they'd have all medical/family history/etc of a smart and healthy family. They got the tech, all they need is someone to point it at

Hey dude. When I started lurking around 01/10, I remembered seein you on a lot of posts. It was around that time that I rented the "new" boondock saints movie and the combination of seeing that film and also noticing some guy had the name in a way inspired my "signature"... which I still love to this day! So thanks in part, for that. I have a friend who described somethin similar. We were real close toward the end of high school in `99 and for years after, so even though we hadn`t spoken to eachother in maybe a year, we could`ve told eachother anything and feel comfortable knowing there would be no ridiculing. I`ll just skip to the relevant part, cuz the other part often brings ridicule and even though this thread has been an absolute delight to read simply because of the lack of such nonsense, knowing this place, it would turn this thread into the usual circus. So in retrospect, the enjoyability of this thread so far is just that much more reason to not bring it up. Anyway, as far as I know (I may have to ask him more) its happened twice in the past year and a half to two years. It was like the other person said and he was actually saying the stuff but I think he was hearing something to. I think he called it an "uplink" or somethink wierd. He described it as someone "downloading" something into his head. He is not tech savvy at all so downloading & uploading are probably all the same for him. He`s never been here, but talks about "evil people" doing things to us people, but he puts it into a more religious context. Once he said it happened while walkin down the street and someone he knew was comin towards him the other way and they tried talking to him. But the way he explained it was that he couldnt stop what he was doing to talk because "it was too important to finish receiving the uplink" so he continued mumbling to himself while the friend walked away shakin their head. Cant remember if he saw anything

maybe they have "chosen" you for this (attack/other) not because of any "secret" knowledge, or any physical ability you may have, but maybe because you are one of the "levelheaded" ones and maybe in the future, something you say to someone or something you post online could inspire someone to do something amazing, or terrible depending on your perspective. Or rather than an attack it could be some form of communication or recruiting technique by who knows? Speaking of faking god and using a modified LRAD DEVICE, A good book called ah.. the sign. u should check it out its by Joel Rosenberg, a Jewish born Christian who knows a lot about the MiddleEast . Good luck and if you go to a doc or anything, id modify the story a bit... But clearly you`re no fool.

When what I described happens to me,
that really is what it feels like.
Like you are 'downloading' something,
except unlike your PC, where you know what your downloading first,
you are just , kind of 'unwillingly' getting them.lol
or something is being 'uploaded' without your conscious authorization,
But it never seems negative or malicious or anything like that,
Also unlike your PC, you dont get to check out the files for very long after.
It's like one of those memory tests/puzzles,
where they flash something for just a few seconds ,
then it disappears and your left trying to remember what you were just focused intensely on a couple seconds ago. And can only remember bits and pieces. lol

Boondock, I experienced something similiar last year although there was no audible component. I was in bed and had just put my book down. I laid back, got comfortable and all of the sudden I felt this female presence enter my..brain and share space with me. She placed her "hand" on my shoulder and as soon as she did these red symbols started scrolling in my field of vision - much like the wheels on a slot machine. This went on for about 5 minutes and it became rather intense. I remember saying to her, "I've had enough for now," and she took her hand from me and left. I opened my eyes immediately and 2 minutes had passed. It felt more like 6. I never could make out the symbols because they were scrolling so fast. It was one of the strangest things that's ever happened to me.

I may understand mine a little better and it comes differently, but I am a MILABS abductee and have had numerous downloads of information so do not think what you are going through is uncommon.

Sometimes I'll be shown two pieces of bond paper with moving symbols and a thick black moving line resembling a snake going from top to bottom, when reading this you can take in numerous pages of regularly typed info in only a few seconds. Another type of download is when they have already beamed in the information and it is released by you being shown a set of six symbols. None of the symbols mean anything by themselves, but together they work like an execution command.

The third one is terrible to receive. It is when you cannot understand a concept so they physically rewrite parts of your brain, by the end of the procedures you are not certain who you were before it started. Your memories are still intact but you now understand they could have written in anything "they" wish.

But anyway, enjoy the experiences and hopefully they will stay innocent.

Have experienced similar things, information downloads in bed and in waking life. Inexplicable sounds and visual effects, text, words and images. Most of this happens between dozing off and dreaming however can sometimes happen in the middle of the day. I have woken up many times with inexplicable cuts, one time exactly on my right cheek after a weird and exhausting dream night, more on the ear side of the cheek. However I do spend much time in the bush so it is easy for me to get cut without noticing it.. although I'd notice a cut on my cheek before I went to sleep. I'd suggest starting your line of research down scalar electromagnetics. Russians have figured out our brain has 24 different main frequencies, 12 for each hemisphere. They can entrain or lock into the frequency and manipulate peoples brain at will. Scalar electromagnetics is the 'god particle' we are looking for, it defines information in hyperspace and thus in real world. You can manipulate almost any factor in this reality with it if utillised properly. All matter and information is simply energy vibrating at different speeds when you really get down to it - what is the gap between particles a themselves comprised of? Vibrating energy! Scalar em is simply a longditudinal electromagnetic wave, not a wobbly 'hertzian' type wave that we are all taught about but a 'push' wave.. like pushing a whole lot of marbles at the same time in a line. This means scalar em waves can travel to anywhere at any time without delay. HAARP and other facilities, especially 'over the horizon' radar systems can also be used in scalar EM mode to deliver nuke like 'cold explosions' without fallout, protecting plasma envelopes around areas or many other effects required.
Scalar em also explains dream states, astral projection, extreme time distortions encountered within dreams or 'real life', psychic abilities, precognition and other inexplicable phenomena. Your brain is a two sided electromagnetic device, two hemispheres can be used independently to create an interference pattern (and thus effects), just like a scalar inferiometer. The simple explanation could be that he made this up, and that it's completely fiction.

And, having patents filed does not mean these things actually work. As I hear on this site, "Maybe it's disinformation!"

Anyway, boondock posted a very very detailed account of a supposed dream he had. I think based on the level of detail that he made up the entire dream or greatly embellished the framework. Like I said in that thread itself, I have had lucid dreams and haven't remembered a tenth of what he wrote down. I've also of course read up on lucid dreaming, and that amount of detail and length (together) is just absurd.

I personally don't believe him. Maybe he's just trolling for responses, or he is tripping and isn't telling us.

What happened to you -- in the dream and with the Cell Phone rings -- is analogous to a "sighting" -- there have been millions of such "sightings" -- and the ET's have never been caught.

The message for you -- and us (by no accident that you were a policeman) was that the ET's can't be caught -- no matter what we or the government does.

Chances are, you were contacted so you would report your experiences on this Forum.

I've probably had more contact with ET Presence than anyone. I was visited 25 years ago, and have had daily contact since then. I have been deciphering and documenting a hidden language in the English language. (See websites in my signature).

Going to see a doctor won't help. Did you ever see a shrink who was not, himself, nuts? And the Neurologists don't help with something like this either. And don’t see a minister, priest, rabbi.

You should feel honored that you were chosen as a conduit of the information.
