As others have posted, you're a level headed guy, gives a lot of credibility.
This is just my opinion, for what it's worth:
1. You're going mad - least likely, symptoms very specific.
2. ET/spiritual - again not likely, it's just not how they work
3. Govt psyops - bingo.
The tech exists, correlates with other's testimony which descibes similar events, the time is set (for now). Your father's involvement in very
important. I've heard stories of other military kids who have been reminded of their parents involvement, also something they did not feel important
at the time.
WRT having an X. You are actively engaged in the open discussion and dissemination of anti govt information. Moreso, you live within easy reach of any
advanced tech they care to use on you, and others like you. Remember, this US GOVT is a nightmare of epic proportions that is now turning against
it's own people. CIA has admitted to using this tech on people in cells, where they believe Mohammed told them to tell the interrogators everything.
(can't recall the guys name, it's out there)
Here's what i think you should be doing. Takes notes, of anything strange. If you are being targetted there would be other "tells", and this attack
will develope in some way.
Keep sane, if you accept that this is an external threat, NOT an internal, it will help you categorise this kind of event better, and allow your mind
to develope it's own defenses. And of course, get your heart right with God, and your family etc.
And as much as anything, keep us informed, the only thing they really don't like is exposure.

Apparently there were 11 Marconi scientists that just disappeared when the company was taken over by Boeing. Raytheon is one of those cutting edge weapon names, similar technology. The Marconi specialists were said to have created/developed the stuff. It may be that they figured they had enough tech material, to simply get rid of them. Maybe they were showing conscience pangs.
I think that God has written God on to their devious programs, and they have little idea how this works. I think God takes special notice of that tactic. Most of us will attribute any or all natural disasters either to man's 'greed', or to Mother Earth's disgust with it. It's never God. Though we are not evil practicing weapons designers, we cannot stand that concept. Also~It can't be a man made earthquake, or a man made weather system, since that's a tinfoil hat thing. But these guys probably see God, since they know which triggers they pulled and which were pulled by an outside source, even directly against their intended result. They may be our true vatican, having a network that pulls in data from all around, which only they can search for meanings. So...Pity them. I don't think God is giving them the response they were hoping for. They wanted to see 'no God'. Instead, they got, well...

If you show up at an emergency room, even if you owe the hospital a ton of money already, and tell them your concerns they HAVE to stabilize you, by law. Further if you inform them that you don't have money nor insurance they will usually work with you on either a payment structure or just plain take care of your bill in a way that costs you nothing.
With neurological symptoms I would honestly suggest considering this option.

I think he called it an "uplink" or somethink wierd. He described it as someone "downloading" something into his head.

I laid back, got comfortable and all of the sudden I felt this female presence enter my..brain and share space with me. She placed her "hand" on my shoulder and as soon as she did these red symbols started scrolling in my field of vision - much like the wheels on a slot machine. This went on for about 5 minutes and it became rather intense. I remember saying to her, "I've had enough for now," and she took her hand from me and left. It was one of the strangest things that's ever happened to me.

Sounds like you may have Charles Bonnet syndrome. I know someone who thinks he has this, and it is an extremely bizarre condition.

Like I said in that thread itself, I have had lucid dreams and haven't remembered a tenth of what he wrote down. I've also of course read up on lucid dreaming, and that amount of detail and length (together) is just absurd.
I personally don't believe him. Maybe he's just trolling for responses, or he is tripping and isn't telling us.
