I like the one you done with the distance markers.
The funny thing with that one and kinda emphasises your point, is that the 'legs' appear to be out of focus, which is consistent with the ground,
whereas the 'body' is in focus with the archway.
Could we actually be seeing TWO seperate mists?
The "bronzed" version does tend to show a difference between the floor and archway mist again. Very interesting stuff.
Now that we've got these various images, we've still got a couple of problems and now maybe a couple more.
Firstly, how and why did this mist form? Or is it two seperate mists?
Then, if John is seeing an image of a person holding a cross, why do I see an image of a person facing the other way?
This could be purely matrixing or simulacra or whatever you want to call it, but that still leaves us with the actual problem of the mist(s).
